Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, has announced and confirmed the exciting news in the following press release, from The Futon Critic, that Nick USA will debut a sneak preview of the networks brand-new live-action comedy series "100 Things To Do Before High School" in a all-new TV movie special on Tuesday 11th November 2014 at 8:00pm (ET/PT)!


Additionally, Nickelodeon has also announced in the same press release, below, that Nick USA will fully launch the series, which will introduce Nickelodeon's latest crop of super-star talent, during early 2015!

Introducing Nickelodeon's "100 Things To Do Before High School"



On Tuesday, November 11 at 8:00pm (ET/PT), Nickelodeon will debut a sneak preview of its new live-action comedy series 100 Things To Do Before High School in a TV movie special. Created by Big Time Rush executive producer and creator Scott Fellows, this new show will follow three best friends as they navigate the highs and lows of middle school, with the help of a bucket list of adventures that help them overcome class cliques, terrifying bullies and clueless teachers.

With real life and teen drama awaiting her after 8th grade graduation, CJ Parker (Isabela Moner) has only a short time left to make the most of her middle school years. Together with her two lifelong best friends Fenwick (Jaheem Toombs) and Crispo (Owen Joyner), she is determined to get the most out of this time, using an ever-expanding list of challenges as a guide. For this group, growing up means trying everything and taking chances while they still can.

100 Things To Do Before High School is scheduled to debut early 2015 and will introduce Nickelodeon's latest crop of super-star talent.

The entertainment industry news magazine The Wrap is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news that "Science Bob" Pflugfelder, a award winning science teacher, maker, and presenter, will be a guest star in a upcoming brand-new episode of Nick's all-new hit comedy series "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn" set to premiere on Nickelodeon USA during early 2015!

The episode "Science Bob" Pflugfelder is set to guest star on, billed as a season two episode, is called "The Quadtest", and will see the titular 10-year-old quadruplets compete among themselves for a month with no chores. One of them goes so far as to recruit Science Bob for extra help in winning the contest.

"Science Bob" Pflugfelder is an award winning science teacher, maker, and presenter. Over the years, he has been exploring the scientific world with thousands of students. He also encourages parents and teachers to practice "Random Acts of Science" by providing instructions and videos for interactive science experiments on his web site, as well as public presentations at science festivals and MakerFaires. His experiments have also been featured in magazines including People, Popular Science, Disney's Family Fun, and WIRED magazine. He spent several years traveling around Hollywood tutoring young actors on TV and movie sets. He has been a speaker at events such as the USA Science & Engineering Festival and the World Maker Faire. It won't be Science Bob's first brush with fame. Famed science teacher to guest star on a Season 2 episode

Science Bob is coming to Nickelodeon.

The beloved science teacher will guest star on the network's new series “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn” in early 2015, TheWrap has learned.

It won't be Science Bob's first brush with fame. The popular entertainer and award-winning educator — born Bob Pflugfelde — previously appeared on ABC's “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and “Live with Kelly & Michael.” In addition, he's famous for being an on-set tutor to young stars.

The Season 2 episode he's set to guest star on is entitled “The Quadtest,” which sees the titular 10-year-old quadruplets compete among themselves for a month with no chores. One of them goes so far as to recruit Science Bob for extra help in winning the contest.

The multi-camera Nickeldeon series — which debuted in March [September 2014] — stars Aidan Gallagher ("Modern Family") as Nicky, Casey Simpson ("Despicable Me 2") as Ricky, Mace Coronel ("The Bold and the Beautiful") as Dicky and Lizzy Greene as Dawn. Their parents are played by Allison Munn ("That '70s Show") and Brian Stepanek ("The Suite Life of Zack and Cody").

Executive producers are Matt Fleckenstein and Michael Feldman.

“Nicky, Ricky Dicky & Dawn” airs Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon.

Anthony Bourdain To Guest Star In Upcoming Episode Of "Sanjay and Craig"

The New York Times is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news that American chef, author, and television personality Anthony Bourdain (CNN's "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown") will be a guest star in a upcoming brand-new episode of Nickelodeon's hit original animated buddy comedy series (Nicktoon) "Sanjay and Craig"!

In the all-new episode, scheduled to premiere on Nick USA during early 2015, Anthony Bourdain will voice a character called "Anthony Gourmand", the host of Craig's favorite TV show, "Foodventurer". Gourmand is looking for the "ultimate" food, which 12-year-old Sanjay (Maulik Pancholy) and his best bud Craig (Chris Hardwick) are convinced he will find in their hometown of Lundgren. But when it turns out that Gourmand's "ultimate food" is snake, Sanjay has to figure out a way to save Craig from Gourmand's clutches.

"I'm a mega fan of "Sanjay and Craig". I've seen absolutely every episode", says Bourdain via e-mail to the NYPost. "This is a show I wish had existed when I was a kid. It has all the elements that I looked for in my childhood for entertainment and was deprived of - stinky stuff, farts, toilet humor, gross stuff. Awesome.":

CNN’s Anthony Bourdain (“Parts Unknown”) has lent his pipes to an upcoming episode of Nickelodeon’s animated ’toon “Sanjay and Craig” as “Anthony Gourmand,” the host of Craig’s favorite TV show, “Foodventurer.”

Gourmand is looking for the “ultimate” food, which 12-year-old Sanjay (Maulik Pancholy) and his talking snake, Craig (Chris Hardwick), are convinced he will find in Lundgren (that’s where they live).

But when it turns out that Gourmand’s “ultimate food” is snake, Sanjay has to figure out a way to save Craig from Gourmand’s clutches.

“I’m a mega fan of ‘Sanjay and Craig.’ I’ve seen absolutely every episode,” says Bourdain via e-mail. “This is a show I wish had existed when I was a kid. The entertainment news website Deadline.com is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news that animator Matt Danner currently has a series pilot in development for a potential brand-new Nickelodeon show!


An animation prodigy who scored his first job working for John Kricfalusi, the creator of Nickelodeon's classic original animated series "The Ren & Stimpy Show", while in high school, Matt Danner is a Los Angeles-based animation director known for his work on "The Looney Tunes Show", "The Drinky Crow Show", "George Liquor Program", "Xiaolin Showdown", and the stop-motion animated "WWE Slam City", a original animated short-form series which currently airs Nickelodeon USA's "NickSports" programming block on Nicktoons USA. He's currently directing an animated "Hot Wheels" feature trilogy for Mattel and a CG/live-action movie adaptation of his Fantagraphics storybook "Sock Monkey: Into The Deep Woods", which he co-authored with comics scribe Tony Millionaire. Danner and Millionaire are repped by The Coppage Company.

Promax UK has announced the very exciting Nickelodeon UK News that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland, the number one commercial kids' television channel in the UK, has won two awards, including one Gold award, at the 2014 PromaxBDA UK Awards!

The awards ceremony, which honoured the very best promotions and marketing campaigns for television shows over the past year (2013-2014), was held in the glamorous surroundings of the London Hilton on Park Lane on Friday 31st October 2014.

The globally beloved Peter Rabbit character will be featured in a new health and wellness initiative, Hop to Health, launching this fall. The new kid-targeted campaign was created through a partnership with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, the National AfterSchool Association, and Nickelodeon who joined forces with Penguin Young Readers to educate children and their families about the importance of healthy eating habits and being active.

This fall, 60,000 free copies of a new special edition Peter Rabbit book, On Your Mark, Get Set, Hop!, will be distributed to more than 300 out-of-school time providers across the United States. The books will be accompanied by posters and placemats, empowering children and families to develop healthy habits for life. This new book features art inspired by Nickelodeon's Peter Rabbit CG-animated series, which is based on the characters created by Beatrix Potter in her classic children's book collection The Tales of Peter Rabbit.

The Peter Rabbit Hop to Health campaign is an important part of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation's mission to combat childhood obesity. Childhood obesity has almost tripled in children and adolescents in the past 30 years. Today about one out of three children and adolescents (ages 2-19) in the United States is overweight or obese, putting them at risk for serious health problems.

"The Peter Rabbit brand is the perfect pathway to teaching kids and families about the importance of leading healthier lives," said Dr. Howell Wechsler, CEO of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. "We are thrilled to be joining with the National AfterSchool Association, Nickelodeon and Penguin Young Readers Group to ensure out-school-time providers, families and kids themselves, have the tools and resources they need to develop lifelong, healthy habits."

More than 15 percent of American youth are involved in afterschool programs and millions more engaged in summer camps, community centers and faith-based organizations. Out-of-school time providers are poised to create environments for young people where healthy eating and physical activity options are accessible and encouraged. They play an essential role in empowering youth to make healthy choices and become leaders and advocates for healthy changes.

In addition to educating children and families on the importance of healthy living, the campaign also provides out-of-school time staff with fun and easy-to-use tools to talk to children and families about the importance of eating healthy and staying active. The five tips the Peter RabbitHop to Health campaign teaches about healthy, active living include:

* Eat your fruits and vegetables with every meal, including snacks.
* Get up, move and sweat every day.
* Sleep for at least 9 hours every night.
* Drink water every day.
* Get outside and play! Cut down on the time you spend watching TV or playing on the computer.

"Out-of-school time programs play a vital role in whole child development and contributing to healthy communities. Afterschool professionals continue to look for innovative ways to help children learn about health and wellness and to increase literacy skills," said Gina Warner, ‎Executive Director at National Afterschool Association. The entertainment industry news magazine The Wrap is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news that the multi-talented actress Sheryl Lee Ralph will be a guest star in a upcoming brand-new episode of Nick's all-new hit comedy series "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn" set to premiere on Nickelodeon USA during November 2014!


In the episode, titled "The Sad Tail of Gary-Chip-Tiny Elvis Squishy Paws", Sheryl Lee Ralph will play a character called Ms. Dumont, a wealthy woman in town who sees the quadruplets' dog on the news and recognizes him as her own missing pet, Lord Timothy. Nickelodeon's "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn" will soon welcome one of the original Dreamgirls onto its cast.

The multi-talented Sheryl Lee Ralph will guest star on an upcoming episode of the series, playing Ms. Dumont, a wealthy woman in town who sees the quadruplets’ dog on the news and recognizes it as her own missing pet, Lord Timothy.

While she reclaims the dog and takes him home, the kids soon steal him back. Ralph's character decides that the Quads truly love Lord Timothy and allow them to keep him.

The episode featuring Ralph will be titled “The Sad Tail of Gary-Chip-Tiny Elvis Squishy Paws” and is set to air on Nov. 22.

Currently, Ralph stars on Nick's “Instant Mom.” She previously starred on the UPN comedy “Moesha,” playing Deidra “Dee” Mitchell, stepmother to the show's star Brandy Norwood. She also In 1982, Ralph was nominated for a Tony for her role as as Deena Jones in “Dreamgirls.”

As TheWrap previously reported, the multi-camera Nickelodeon series will also feature famed teacher, Science Bob, as a guest star sometime in 2015.

The online British and Irish TV guide website Digiguide is reporting the very exciting Nick UK News that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK, the number one commercial kids TV network in the UK, will premiere and show Nickelodeon's brand-new Christmas holiday movie "Santa Hunters" on Friday 5th December 2014 at 6:00pm (repeated at 7:00pm on Nickelodeon+1), just a week after the all-new Nick Flick debuts on Nick USA on Friday 28th November 2014 at 7:00pm (ET/PT)!

Nickelodeon UK, the number one commercial kids TV network in the UK, has announced in their brand new 'Christmas on Nickelodeon' sponsorship opportunity on Sky Media that, to celebrate Christmas, Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely from the British street dance troupe Diversity will be taking over Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK this December to host "Jordan and Perri's Christmas Slime"!

NEW YORK – Nov. 11, 2014 –Nickelodeon offers a super-stuffed Thanksgiving week with new episodes of the network's hit preschool and live-action series; Santa Hunters, an original TV movie; and the Nickelodeon HALO Awards, an hour-long concert special honoring real-life kids and their commitment to service. Additionally, week-long marathons of hit classics and animation favorites like Big Time Rush, iCarly, Victorious, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Legend of Korra will air across Nick's digital networks, TeenNick and Nicktoons.

Airing Monday, Nov. 24, through Sunday, Nov. 30, the programming feast kicks off with the premieres of the Dora and Friends:Into the City! special "Mystery of the Magic Horses," on Monday, Nov. 24, at 10 a.m. (ET/PT), and then Bubble Guppies"Gobble, Gobble Guppies," on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 9 a.m. (ET/PT). On Friday, Nov. 28, kids will dive into the holiday spirit with the original TV movie Santa Hunters at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) and continue the festivities into Saturday, Nov. 29, with holiday-themed live-action premieres of Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn at 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT), The Thundermans at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT) and Awesomeness TV at 9:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

Dora and Friends: Into the City!"Mystery of the Magic Horses"– Monday, Nov. 24, at 10 a.m.

Dora and her friends set off on a magical journey to a mysterious island to save a herd of lost horses. Along the way, they must outwit bandits so they can safely return the horses to the city farm.

Bubble Guppies"Gobble Gobble Guppies"– Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 9 a.m.

Molly and Gil discover all of the pumpkins are missing when they go to the pumpkin patch. Their turkey friend Giblet leads them on a harvest hunt to find the culprits--the pumpkin patch pirates!

ORIGINAL TV MOVIE:

Santa Hunters– Friday, Nov. 28, at 7 p.m.

Alex (Benjamin "Lil P-Nut" Flores Jr. of The Haunted Hathaways) and his cousins Zoey (Breanna Yde of The Haunted Hathaways) and Richard (Mace Coronel of Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn) set out to prove to the world that Santa is real by creating an elaborate setup of traps to catch Santa on tape, but their plan backfires when they realize that seeing Santa will cause him to lose his Christmas magic. The kids have to protect the tape to save Christmas, learning that believing is more important than seeing.

Nickelodeon HALO Awards- Sunday, Nov. 30, at 7 p.m.

Led by host, creator and executive producer Nick Cannon, the Nickelodeon HALO Awards celebrates kids who are "Helping and Leading Others" (HALO) in their communities. Featuring performances by pop superstars Jessie J, Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor, Echosmith, The Vamps, Fifth Harmony and The Roots; along with celebrity presenters, Nick stars and special surprises. The quads want the newest video game console for Christmas, so Tom and Anne make them work at the store to earn the money to buy it. It becomes every kid for themselves as they compete over the tip money.

The Thundermans"Winter Thunderland"– Saturday, Nov. 29, at 9 p.m.

Max is at his Scroogiest on Christmas Eve, until the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future show up to put him in the holiday spirit.

AwesomenessTV"The Thank You Mask"– Saturday, Nov. 29, at 9:30 p.m.
