Nickelodeon's International Channels Announce Their Local 2018 Kids' Choice Awards Nominees and Air Dates

To help make Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards the most global and biggest Kids' Choice Awards ever, many of Nickelodeon's international channels and networks have announced their localized country specific voting categories and nominations, which will allow Nickelodeon viewers around the world to vote for their countries local favourites!


Hosted by WWE Superstar John Cena for the second year in a row, Nickelodeon’s 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards celebrates kids’ favorites from across the worlds of film, television, music, pop culture, animation and more, and will air on Nick USA and YTV in Canada on Saturday 24th March 2018 from 8-9:30 p.m. (ET/PT), live from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California. Within hours of the live show, KCA 2018 will roll-out on Nickelodeon channels internationally, providing kids around the world in more than 170 countries and territories the opportunity to tune into their local Nickelodeon channel to enjoy Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2018 and experience stunts, surprises and slime at every turn!

You can find a list of local Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 2018 categories and nominees, as well as international premiere dates for the 2018 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, below. You can vote for your countries chosen categories as well as Nickelodeon's 17 global KCA categories online at kca2018.tv and kidschoiceawards.com as many times as you like. After you've voted, tune into the 2018 Kids' Choice Awards to find out who wins a coveted orange blimp! I'll be updating the list as soon as international nominees are announced, so check back often! The third season tells the story of the Turtles, April O'Neil and Casey Jones, who are required to abandon their lair in the New York City sewers to Northampton, Massachusetts. Upon their eventual return home they help drive out the Kraang and undo their hold on the hundreds of mutated humans.

This season introduced us to new characters such as Bebop & Rocksteady, Muckman, Mondo Gecko, Creep and more.

ALVINNN!!! AND THE CHIPMUNKS - SEASON 3

ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks takes us on a roller coaster ride of music, laughter and stories geared to entertain. Like most parents, Dave's patience will be pushed to the limit, forcing him to end most sentences in "ALVINNN!!!“

Nickelodeon USA To Premiere New Competition Series 'Keep It Spotless' On Monday 26th March 2018 [Updated]

Nickelodeon USA will premiere the networks brand-new competition series, Keep It Spotless, where teams of kids go head-to-head in messy battles with one goal - to stay clean, on Monday 26th March 2018 at 7:30 P.M. (ET/PT)! Executive produced by WWE Superstar John Cena, the host of the 2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards for the second year in the row, the series, which gives a whole new meaning to staying clean, will air weekdays at 7:30 P.M. Update: Nickelodeon has digitally premiered a episode of Keep It Spotless on nick.com and on the Nick App! In the episode, "Use Your Head" (Season 1, Episode 4), two teams play the ultimate game of paint wars. Aim is key as they fly high to finish a challenge and then use their heads to complete another one.


Keep It Spotless features kids competing in a variety of physical and paint-filled challenges designed with one goal in mind--to stay as clean as possible. After each game, a 360 degree scanner will measure each teams’ mess to determine just how spotless they really are. The winning team will face The Gauntlet, a multiple-challenge obstacle course, where they can turn their cleanliness into cold hard cash. Keep It Spotless is produced by ITV Entertainment and Hard Nocks South Productions, based on a UK format from Possessed.

"From Executive Producer, John Cena, comes Keep It Spotless – a brand new Nickelodeon game show where kids compete to stay clean throughout a series of very messy challenges! In each episode, teams of kids wearing ultra-white morph suits, compete in a series of physical games where they have one goal — to stay spotless! But it won’t be easy, as each round presents them with increasingly challenging paint-filled obstacles. At the end of each game, a 360-degree scanner will measure their mess and determine just how clean they really are. The team who can stay the cleanest will have the opportunity to run an exciting final course where they can win big!"

Nickelodeon released the following statement from the WWE star:

"I'm so excited to bring my own mania to Nickelodeon with Keep It Spotless," said John Cena. "It's truly been an honor to step behind the camera and create a hilarious game show with kids for kids. So get ready to see the most epic, funniest, cleanest show on television starting March 26!"

The series premiere of Keep It Spotless will be titled "I'm Not a Worm" (#102).

In addition to being behind the camera on Keep It Spotless, Cena will be in front of the camera as host 2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards for the second year running, airing live from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California on Nickelodeon USA and YTV in Canada from 8:00 P.M. (ET/PT) on Saturday 24th March 2018, and on Nickelodeon channels around the world within hours of the live show. Cena will also be lending his voice to an original villain named Baron Draxum in the brand-new 2D animated series Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, premiering late 2018.

New quests and new mysteries are in store for the Hunter family in the brand-new second season of Hunter Street, premiering Monday 9th April 2018 at 12:55 CAT on Nickelodeon Africa! Featuring a new Hunter sibling, all-new episodes of Hunter Street season two will continue to premiere weekdays at 12:55 CAT on Nick Africa.


Hunter Street season one followed the five Hunter siblings - street-smart Max; independent and resourceful Tess; resident genius Sal; free-spirited Anika; and fiercely protective Daniel as they solved the mystery of their missing foster parents. With the family reunited, season two kicks off when a cryptic box is delivered to the Hunter home, and when their dad, Erik Hunter, is accused of a crime, it’s up to the kids to crack the case and clear his name!

Nickelodeon Africa will premiere a new original TV movie, Blurt (formerly Inside Voice), on Saturday 28th April 2018 at 12:55 CAT, starring Jace Norman (Henry Danger, Splitting Adam, Rufus), JoJo Siwa (Lip Sync Battle Shorties) and Daniella Perkins (Knight Squad). The live-action comedy tells the story of Jeremy Martin (Jace Norman) who, after a comical virtual reality mishap, starts speaking every thought he has out loud and to complicate matters, he happens to be running in the school election. Following the films debut, Nick Africa will encore Blurt! on Sunday 29th April 2018 at 08:20 CAT.

Jeremy Martin is a nice-guy and when he puts on mysterious virtual reality glasses at the mall, he suddenly loses his “inside voice” and starts spouting every thought he has out loud. Making matters worse, Jeremy is running for student council president against his classmate Milly (Daniella Perkins), who is full of great ideas to improve the school. Desperate to get back to normal, Jeremy and his sister Victoria (JoJo Siwa) must figure out how to convince his brain that he can speak up for himself. Can they do it, or will Jeremy be stuck saying his thoughts out loud forever?!


The virtual reality sequences featured in the movie are being developed and created by Nickelodeon’s Entertainment Lab, the network’s new division spearheading long-range research and development efforts around new technologies for Nick and its audience. Blurt is the second on-air project fed through the lab, following Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library.


Blurt is executive produced by Scott McAboy and Michael Sammaciccia. Amy Sydorick is serving as producer. Jace Norman is serving as co-producer. The TV movie was written by Adrian Vina (Liar, Liar Vampire) and is directed by Michelle Johnston (Another Cinderella Story: If The Shoe Fits).

JoJo Siwa Dishes On What She'll Be Wearing At Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids' Choice Awards

JoJo Siwa is wearing not one, not two, but three different outfits to Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids' Choice Awards!


The 14-year-old do-it-all dancer, who’s known for her out-of-this-world colorful style, gave TigerBeat the inside scoop on what to expect from her upcoming KCA looks. Without giving away too much, JoJo revealed that she’ll have a different outfit for the orange carpet, for her on-stage performance, and for the rest of the show following it. Each ensemble is sure to be bursting with energy head-to-toe!

Want to know more? For a sneak peek, JoJo hinted that fans should look at her doll, bows and the rest of her products for clues!

“You won’t see any sequins whatsoever. Or color! I’m wearing olive green and plum and burgundy. But no sequins! I’m wearing low tops too, yep. And my hair’s going to be down,” she joked.

In case you missed it, JoJo is the only girl nominated in her category and she couldn’t be more excited about it!

The 14-year-old Nickelodeon star was recently nominated for her second-ever solo Kids’ Choice Award, and even though she took home the orange blimp last year (beating out close friend Jacob Sartorius), this year’s nomination is special to JoJo for an important reason: she’s the only girl up for the “Favorite Musical YouTube Creator” trophy!

Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids' Choice Awards is only one week away. Some of your favorite Nickelodeon stars from The Thundermans, Knight Squad, Henry Danger and School of Rock are practising their best John Cena impressions! THE SLIME IS NOW!


Hosted by WWE Superstar John Cena for the second year in a row, Nickelodeon’s 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards celebrates kids’ favorites from across the worlds of film, television, music, pop culture, animation and more, and will air on Nick USA and YTV in Canada on Saturday 24th March 2018 from 8-9:30 p.m. (ET/PT), live from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California. Within hours of the live show, KCA 2018 will roll-out on Nickelodeon channels internationally, providing kids around the world in more than 170 countries and territories the opportunity to tune into their local Nickelodeon channel to enjoy Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2018 and experience stunts, surprises and slime at every turn!

Voting for Nickelodeon’s 2018 Kids' Choice Awards closes on Monday, March 19, so get your votes in now at kidschoiceawards.com and kca2018.tv and on Twitter using special #KCA voting hashtags!
