Baby Shark will swim onto Nickelodeon with a holiday episode of his brand-new animated preschool series, Baby Shark’s Big Show! this December on Nickelodeon! Titled “Baby Shark’s Big Fishmas Special”, the episode will premiere on Friday, December 11 at 12:30 p.m, (ET/PT).

In “Baby Shark’s Big Fishmas Special,” with Fishmas just around the corner, the season’s hottest toy--Burpin’ Bubbz--is at the top of Baby’s and William’s wish lists and when Santa Jaws goes missing, it’s up to them to save the holiday. Following the premiere, the special will be available on Nick Jr. On Demand and Download-To-Own services, as well as NickJr.com and the Nick Jr. App, which will also feature short-form content. (formally titled "All I Want for Fishmas")

Based on the world-famous pop culture phenomenon and co-produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio and SmartStudy, the global entertainment company behind the beloved children’s brand Pinkfong, Baby Shark’s Big Show! (working title) is a 2D-animated series (26 half-hour episodes) that will follow Baby Shark and his best friend William as they journey on fun-filled comedic adventures in their community of Carnivore Cove, meet new friends and sing original catchy tunes along the way.

The 2D-animated series will feature a swim-sational lineup of actors: Kimiko Glenn (Orange is the New Black); Luke Youngblood (Glitch Techs, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone); Natasha Rothwell (Insecure); Eric Edelstein (Hotel for Dogs, Pig Goat Banana Cricket, We Bare Bears); Debra Wilson (MADtv); and Patrick Warburton (Tak & the Power of Juju, The X's, Seinfeld, Family Guy).

Meet the inhabitants of Carnivore Cove:

  • Baby (Glenn) – A sweet, bubbly, and abso-toothly fearless little shark who has a habit of biting off more than he can chew.
  • William (Youngblood) – A quick-witted pilot fish with a flair for the funny, William is always down for jaw-some adventures with his best bud Baby.
  • Mommy (Rothwell) – Fun-loving with a fierce streak, Mommy Shark works for the Mayor of Carnivore Cove.
  • Daddy (Edelstein) – A worrier who can’t help his loud and goofy nature, Daddy Shark is a dentist who flosses when he’s nervous.
  • Grandma (Wilson) – A new-agey prankster who’s all about good vibes and bubbleberry pies.
  • Grandpa (Warburton) – A charismatic shark who loves to tell stories about the glory days.

Following the Baby Shark’s Big Show! holiday special, Nickelodeon will fully premiere the all-new Baby Shark animated series across its preschool platforms in spring 2021. Following the U.S. launch, the series will roll out on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. channels internationally. In addition to Nickelodeon and SmartStudy’s partnership to produce Baby Shark’s Big Show!, ViacomCBS Consumer Products (VCP) is managing consumer products licensing worldwide, excluding China, Korea and Southeast Asia, for the Baby Shark property.


Baby Shark launched on YouTube in November 2015 and took the world by storm, amassing 5.7 billion views and becoming the second most-watched video in the platform’s history. With music, characters, story and dance all combined together, the song recorded a 20-week-streak on the Billboard Hot 100 and spawned a viral phenomenon #BabySharkChallenge, generating over one million cover videos around the globe.

Baby Shark’s Big Show! is executive produced by Gary “Doodles” DiRaffaele (Breadwinners) and Tommy Sica (Breadwinners), with Whitney Ralls (My Little Pony: Equestria Girls) serving as co-executive producer. The series is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, Calif., with production overseen by Eryk Casemiro, Senior Vice President, Nickelodeon Preschool.






Baby Shark’s Big Show! is the latest series to join Nickelodeon’s powerhouse preschool lineup which includes Ryan’s Mystery Playdate, Bubble Guppies and Blaze and the Monster Machines. The series is part of Nick’s strategy to be the home for the biggest franchises kids and families love, and it expands the net’s growing portfolio of influential properties that already includes SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Blue’s Clues & You!, the first-ever SpongeBob spinoff, Kamp Koral, The Smurfs and an all-new animated Star Trek: Prodigy series.

MONSTA X Collaborates With Snoop Dogg on 'How We Do' for the 'SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run' Soundtrack

Starship Entertainment has announced that K-pop supergroup and worldwide phenomenon MONSTA X is all set to unveil their highly awaited collaboration track with none other than rapper Snoop Dogg. The song is part of the soundtrack of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, the brand new film based on Nickelodeon's beloved animated series, SpongeBob SquarePants. The spongeriffic OST song in question is titled, “How We Do”.


The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run follows SpongeBob SquarePants, his best friend Patrick Star and the rest of the gang from Bikini Bottom in the first-ever all CGI SpongeBob motion picture event. After SpongeBob’s beloved pet snail Gary is snail-napped, he and Patrick embark on an epic adventure to The Lost City of Atlantic City to bring Gary home. As they navigate the delights and dangers on this perilous and hilarious rescue mission, SpongeBob and his pals prove there’s nothing stronger than the power of friendship.

In addition to “How We Do,” Snoop Dogg also cameos as The Gambler in the movie.

“How We Do” will be the latest song to be released SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run soundtrack, following "Agua" by Tainy & J Balvin and "Krabby Step" from Swae Lee, Tyga, Lil Mosey and Tainy. Cyndi Lauper (The SpongeBob Musical) has written original songs for the film.

Directed by Tim Hill, voice cast of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run includes Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, and Douglas Lawrence, and guest stars including Keanu Reeves (as a tumbleweed named Sage), Awkwafina, Reggie Watts and Snoop Dog.

ViacomCBS Italy to Light Up Milan with Nickelodeon and Paramount Network Christmas Trees

It's fair to say that 2020 has been a disaster of a year due to the on-going COVID-19 (coronavirus) health crisis. One of the countries hit especially hard was Italy. And although the virus is still very much prevalent, Milan will be bringing some much needed light to the festive season with the launch “Il Natale degli Alberi” ("The Christmas of Trees"), a new initiative which will see 18 beautiful Christmas trees installed in 18 iconic places across the city, to bring hope, sustainability and solidarity to the people of the Italian city and its visitors.






The initiative is being run by Bracco Foundation and is developed by Marco Balich and his company, BWS, with the trees chosen by the city's administration.

The trees are being sponsored by companies in Italy, and ViacomCBS Networks Italy will be sponsoring two Christmas trees in “Il Natale degli Alberi”.

The first tree will be a Nickelodeon Christmas Tree. Named "L’Albero del Gioco" ("The Game Tree"), the tree is designed to recreate a playground space dedicated to young people and their families. The Nickelodeon tree will be a highly scenic installation that will see Nickelodeon characters decorating the tree. Visible from afar, it will resume the classic shape of the fir, with luminous spheres. An external tubular structure will recreate characters of the television channel, climbing up and interacting with the tree, while the internal trunk will be customized with Nickelodeon-themed designs. The structure, after Christmas, will be donated to an institution or a school and will become a real play area. The "L’Albero del Gioco" tree will be located in Piazza Gramsci.

ViacomCBS' second tree will be themed after the Paramount Network, and will bring visitors the magic of the world of cinema and its stars. An art installation made of recyclable metal forms the shape of the tree, which will be illuminated by stars, engraved on the surface of the structure for a magical night. Entitled "L’albero delle stelle" ("The Tree of the Stars"), the Paramount Network Christmas tree can be found at Corso Garibaldi.

Milano, 21 novembre 2020 – Diciotto alberi, diciotto luoghi della città pronti a illuminarsi, per un Natale all’insegna di speranza, sostenibilità e solidarietà. L’Amministrazione comunale ha selezionato i progetti per “Il Natale degli Alberi”, l’iniziativa offerta da Fondazione Bracco che ha deciso di donare alla città un’idea creativa sviluppata da Marco Balich e dalla sua società BWS. Da piazza Duomo, al quartiere Greco, da piazza XXV Aprile a CityLife, l’atmosfera del Natale vuole portare a Milano un po’ di serenità in un anno così difficile per la città e per l’intero pianeta. Gli alberi di questo “Natale degli alberi” sono segno della creatività ma portano in dono alla città anche diverse iniziative di solidarietà e di sostenibilità dei diversi partner.

“A nome di tutta l’Amministrazione comunale – dichiara Roberta Guaineri, assessora al Turismo e alla Qualità della vita – ringrazio di cuore la Fondazione Bracco, Marco Balich e tutti gli sponsor che, con puro spirito ambrosiano, hanno deciso di investire nella realizzazione di questi alberi natalizi che con le loro luci e i loro effetti riscalderanno le strade e le piazze della nostra città nelle prossime settimane. Il Natale degli alberi è un progetto di bellezza e di rinascita con una forte valenza sociale che renderà meno buio il Natale 2020 delle famiglie milanesi”.

1. Piazza Duomo, Coca Cola

Il grande albero di piazza Duomo sponsorizzato da Coca Cola Italia racchiuderà in sè le energie della città rappresentando le sue mille anime. Una struttura portante accoglierà una serie di alberi veri che, dopo le festività, verranno donati per essere piantati in diversi luoghi di Milano. L’albero con l’arrivare della sera si accenderà donando alla piazza uno show di luci, un abbraccio verde e colorato che diventerà il simbolo del Natale di questo anno particolare, con un invito a sostenere Banco Alimentare.


L’albero del Cambiamento

Disegnato e realizzato per Accenture Italia da Giorgio Palù, architetto lombardo già premiato dal Compasso d’Oro, “L’Albero del Cambiamento” è un’installazione mai uguale a se stessa, che cambia insieme alla città. Al suo interno alloggia uno schermo trasparente, le cui proiezioni cambiano dal giorno alla notte; un nuovo modo di entrare in contatto con la natura, un messaggio di sostenibilità. Una volta terminata l’iniziativa, l’opera verrà smontata e i materiali utilizzati per nuovi scopi.


L’albero della Conoscenza

L’albero di Natale proposto da Bracco è una foresta del sapere. Tre citazioni di foresta saranno distribuite nella piazza e integrate con il verde residente, ognuna delle quali legate a una specifica azione del sapere: IMMAGINARE (arte e cultura), CONOSCERE (scienza), VIVERE (socialità). Gli alberi saranno addobbati in modo elegante e, riportando la tradizione natalizia, con le classiche luci che porteranno il calore del Natale alla comunità. Alla loro base, il sapere, espresso attraverso dei totem video e delle stele QR code, e legati da una grande infografica che collegherà tutti i contenuti in un’unica rappresentazione. Ognuna delle tre foreste genererà un quadro infografico illustrato interattivo, che verrà donato alle scuole.


L’Albero del Vento

Il progetto vuole portare al pubblico l’impegno di Engie nello studio, ricerca ed erogazione di energie rinnovabili, rappresentante dal vento. L’albero di Natale è infatti immaginato con uno sviluppo architettonico ispirato alla forma della turbina eolica e sarà in costante movimento. Il basamento della pianta diventerà un diffusore sonoro che diffonderà la “voce di Eolo” attraverso le note di grandi compositori e racconterà la storia e la filosofia di Engie. L’albero sarà realizzato interamente con travi lamellari aventi un certificato di sostenibilità legato alla filiera forestale.

5. Piazza Gramsci, Nickelodeon (Viacom International Media network Italia)

L’Albero del Gioco

Un albero pensato per ricreare un’area playground dedicata ai più giovani e alle loro famiglie. L’albero di Nickelodeon sarà un’installazione altamente scenografica che vedrà alcuni personaggi intenti ad addobbare l’albero. Visibile da lontano, riprenderà la classica forma dell’abete, con sfere luminose. Una struttura tubolare esterna ricreerà il volume dove i personaggi del canale televisivo, arrampicati, interagiscono con l’albero, mentre il tronco interno, sarà personalizzato con i disegni tematizzati a tema Nickelodeon. La struttura, dopo il Natale, potrà essere donata ad un ente o una scuola e diventerà una vera e propria postazione gioco.

6. Corso Garibaldi, Paramount (Viacom International Media network Italia)

L’albero delle stelle

L’albero di PARAMOUNT NETWORK porta con sé la magia del mondo del cinema e delle sue stelle. Un’installazione artistica realizzata in metallo riciclabile sintetizza la forma dell’albero, che sarà illuminato da alcune stelle, incise sulla superficie della struttura per una notte magica.

7. Piazza XXIV MAGGIO, MTV  (Viacom International Media network Italia)

L’albero della Musica

Un tributo alla musica e al suo mondo. L’albero MTV è un albero hi-tech, fatto di luce realizzato con elementi legati al mondo del live musicale. La struttura realizzata in maglia metallica accoglierà dei “cubi” luminosi ispirati alle grafiche che hanno fatto la storia di MTV negli anni. Le varie texture doneranno all’alberoluce e colore e si accenderanno durante la notte, illuminate a ritmo di musica. Le light box immaginate come lampade cubiche diventeranno pezzi unici e di design destinati ad essere messi all’asta. Il ricavato potrà esser devoluto ad un’associazione benefica locale e al fondo dei lavoratori per lo spettacolo.

8. Piazza Greco, Immobiliare Greco

Un Natale particolare ma ancora più speciale

Un albero alto sei metri e largo due, pensato per i bambini e le loro famiglie. Immobiliare Greco ha voluto regalare “un segnale di speranza per chi ha dovuto abbassare la vetrina ed è disperato, per chi è chiuso in casa e non ce la fa più, per i bimbi che stanno vivendo una situazione surreale e per molti anziani che rischiano di piegarsi alla solitudine”.

9. Piazza San Carlo, Stone Island

L’albero di domani

L’albero di Stone Island è un invito alla ricerca e si configura come la sintesi dell’incontro tra ricerca e tecnologia. Il classico abete natalizio diventa un albero di luce, realizzato in fibra ottica, che parte da una radice realizzata da tessuto bianco intrecciato a cui dà colore il suo riflesso, mentre una serie di specchi collocati attorno all’installazione daranno l’impressione di una moltiplicazione di luci e alberi, una sensazione di bosco urbano.

10. Via Luca Beltrami, Golden Goose

Un’istallazione “collettiva”, formata da più canestri che saranno poi donati ai vari playground di Milano, realizzati con la collaborazione di alcuni street artist. Per Golden Goose “l’albero non è solo un’attività di comunicazione natalizia ma rappresenta un atto di amore verso la città meneghina per accompagnarla nella sua graduale ripartenza attraverso un messaggio positivo di vicinanza, amore e di speranza in linea con i principi fondamentali della Famiglia Golden Goose”.

11. Piazza San Fedele, Cimento (Sai Industry)

Whispering Trees

Un progetto composto da una coppia di piante che sfrutta un fenomeno fisico noto come specchio acustico per far comunicare due persone distanti tra loro. I due alberi, astratti e tetraedri in multistrato rivestiti in Cimento, ospitano infatti una nicchia di forma parabolica e una seduta. La voce, rimbalzando sulla parete interna concava, viene riflessa e rimbalza sull’analoga parabola posta all’interno dell’altro albero, giungendo alle orecchie di chi vi si trova nei pressi.


Un albero tecnologico volto al futuro per lasciarsi alle spalle un passato e un presente pieno di incertezze. I rami tecnologici dell’albero infatti, riporteranno frasi di speranza e “vestiranno” l’albero di emozioni, pensieri e sensazioni incentrate sul futuro.

13. Galleria del Corso, Qwarzo

L’albero è prodotto con carta ecologica trattata al quarzo, stabilizzata ed impermeabilizzata, partendo da un’unica paletta di 3 cm di spessore e di circa 366 metri di lunghezza, avvolta in una sola spirale elicoidale che sale da una base di 2.50 m fino all’altezza di 4 metri. Delle spruzzature circolari in rame liquido ne enfatizzano la vocazione natalizia, senza intaccarne la sostenibilità. Nel basamento a terra delle luci led creano un’illuminazione dall’interno, rendendo l’albero visibile nottetempo attraverso gli spazi vuoti della spirale. L’albero ha una forte vocazione ecologica e con i suoi 366 metri di carta potrebbe risultare come l’albero di natale più alto/lungo al mondo.


“Condividendo l’obiettivo del progetto dedicato al simbolo del Natale per una voglia di rinascita che parte dalla città di Milano”, Levi’s realizzerà un’installazione che vedrà come elementi principali il legno da recupero e il denim riciclato.


EDEN di Annalaura di Luggo

Il progetto prevede due installazioni concettualmente collegate: Triunphus è un portale luminoso (fatto di scarti di alluminio riciclato compressi) che conduce all’albero; Pyramid, composto da una cascata di filamenti scintillanti in alluminio riciclato realizzato con l’ausilio di ragazzini dei Quartieri Spagnoli di Napoli, giovani provenienti da zone problematiche stimolati a diventare artisti scoprendo la meraviglia della creazione e le potenzialità dei materiali di scarto. Nei negozi del Citylife verranno inoltre venduti foglietti colorati e penne: il ricavato contribuirà ad un progetto benefico di sostegno ai senzatetto di Milano.  


The Wallaper Tree

Il progetto prevede l’inserimento al centro dell’aiuola di un abete di 4 metri, illuminato con circa 1200 microluci a led e decorato con cerchi di diametri diversi rivestiti di scarti di carta da parati resinata. Alla fine dell’evento le decorazioni saranno interamente riciclate.

17. Piazza Cadorna, Bauli in piazza

Il progetto prevede l’installazione di un albero di circa 6 metri realizzato con una struttura portante in traliccio modulare scenografato con bauli tecnici e luci a led. All’interno di alcuni di questi verranno riportate frasi inerenti il lavoro dello spettacolo e degli eventi. L’installazione ha lo scopo di tenere viva l’attenzione dell’opinione pubblica verso i lavoratori di questo settore ma anche di tutti gli altri in difficoltà. Durante il periodo di permanenza dell’installazione potranno essere programmati interventi di lavoratori dello spettacolo.


Il Natale proposto da A2A arriverà in città con una danza di luce; sciami luminosi andranno a disegnare sull’architettura circostante generando una coreografia naturale. Al centro della piazza sarà infatti collocata un’installazione di canniccio con all’interno led luminosi sospesi e in movimento, visibile sia di giorno che di notte da ogni angolazione. Balich, Comune e Fondazione Bracco: alberi di luce per illuminare Natale e la ripresa di Milano

Comune, Balich worldwide shows e Fondazione Bracco per il rilancio di Milano a partire dalle celebrazioni per il Natale. Un nuovo segnale forte per una città duramente colpita da molti mesi di emergenza sanitaria. Un segnale forte per un capoluogo che vuol tornare ad essere leader, magari facendo tesoro di questi mesi complessi, che hanno segnato anche dei cambi di rotta negli equilibri socioeconomici. Comunque dopo la ripresa del fashion e l’annuncio della Milano wine week, ora si apre il confronto sul periodo natalizio che si annuncia come un importante terreno di implementazione delle strategie di ripartenza, come sottolinea di seguito la nota che illustra l’iniziativa che chiama a raccolta tutti i soggetti che hanno a cuore l’impegno forte per la città.

Riaccendere Milano, i suoi assi commerciali e le vie principali anche nei quartieri decentrati ed esterni grazie a un progetto dalla forte valenza sociale e artistica. È questo l’obiettivo dell’Amministrazione Comunale per il Natale 2020. Con l’aiuto delle imprese e dell’Associazioni no-profit, si vuole fare delle festività natalizie un momento di solidarietà tra le diverse anime della città e di reciproco sostegno tra quartieri e un’occasione di rinascita.

 L’iniziativa è stata presentata oggi a Palazzo Reale alle aziende che vorranno aderire al progetto durante un incontro a cui sono intervenuti il Sindaco Giuseppe Sala, l’Assessora a Turismo, Sport e Qualità della vita Roberta Guaineri, Diana Bracco Presidente della Fondazione Bracco e Marco Balich, Direttore Creativo e Chairman Balich Worldwide Shows.

Milano ha scelto di adottare il simbolo dell’albero per unire e raccontare una città composita e inclusiva attraverso i valori della solidarietà e dell’accoglienza, della sostenibilità e della bellezza. Alberi non solo in centro ma in ogni quartiere; momenti di solidarietà incentrati sul dono, vera essenza del Natale; luci e colori nelle vie commerciali anche decentrate; e poi la musica e gli spettacoli multimediali.

Quest’anno più che mai la città renderà il Natale una festa per tutti, riunendo le associazioni benefiche che avranno l’opportunità di consegnare doni a tutte le famiglie bisognose. Un’occasione anche per mettere in rete e valorizzare le tante iniziative di responsabilità sociale che già esistono in ogni parte della città, riconducendole così a un unico concept, innovativo e riconoscibile, il tutto con la direzione artistica di Marco Balich.

Gli Alberi d’Autore saranno il simbolo del Natale diffuso nella città. Diversi e unici, gli alberi potranno essere realizzati da quelle imprese che hanno un forte legame con la città e vogliono vederla rinascere. Ogni albero rappresenterà il cuore del suo quartiere.

Il grande albero di Piazza del Duomo sarà l’Albero del Dono e racchiuderà in sé le energie e le differenze della città rappresentate dalle sue 100 anime. L’Albero del Dono sarà sostenibile; di giorno vivrà verde e luminoso, come da tradizione e, con l’arrivare della sera, si accenderà donando alla piazza uno show di luci e suoni.

In un momento così difficile anche per le arti, lo spettacolo e la vita sociale della città, il Natale degli Alberi vuole dare un importante segnale di speranza grazie ad una tradizione, quella del Natale, fortemente radicata nel tessuto della città. In questa situazione Milano vuole dimostrare di essere una comunità unita e responsabile, che continua a costruire la rinascita e progettare il futuro. 

Il 7 dicembre, festa di Sant’Ambrogio e con la consegna delle Civiche Benemerenze e la Prima del Teatro alla Scala, diventerà quest’anno l’occasione per dare un segno di accensione a Milano che partirà da Piazza Duomo e si diffonderà in tutti i quartieri della città.

Sandra Restrepo serves as director on the special.

The special, filmed at the end on October. Kopelow and Seifert are also executive producers/showrunners of All That and creators/EP of the network’s Cousins For Life. The network also recently ordered a pilot for new comedy Warped! from the duo.


Kopelow and Seifert previously worked on the seasonal Nickelodeon specials Nickelodeon's Not So Valentine's Special (2017) and Nickelodeon's Ho Ho Holiday Special (2015) as well as LOL Nick's Ultimate Bloopers (2020).

Nickelodeon to Premiere Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan in Latin America and Brazil in December 2020

Kid rapper and pint-sized powerhouse Young Dylan will join the Nickelodeon family with the brand-new live-action series, Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, premiering this December on Nickelodeon Latin America (Latinoamérica) and Nickelodeon Brazil (Brasil).

Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan will premiere on Saturday 5th December 2020 at 19:30 in Brazil.

Following launch, new episodes will continue to air regularly on the Nickelodeon channels in Latin America and Brazil.

Executive produced, directed and written by Perry, the series follows a family whose world is turned upside down when their nephew, Young Dylan (Dylan Gilmer), an aspiring hip-hop star, moves in unannounced. Michelle Sneed is also an executive producer, with Will Areu and Mark E. Swinton serving as producers. The series wrapped its first season on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. The series has been renewed for season two.

In Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, Dylan’s grandmother Viola (Aloma Wright) realizes that raising her grandson is too much to take on, so she decides to send him to live indefinitely with her affluent son Myles Wilson (Carl Anthony Payne II), his wife Yasmine (Mieko Hillman) and their two kids Rebecca (Celina Smith) and Charlie (Hero Hunter). Suddenly, the Wilson family household needs to adapt as lifestyles clash between rising hip-hop star Young Dylan and his straight-laced cousins. From Dylan giving Charlie, Rebecca, and her best friend Bethany (Jet Miller), lessons in “swag” and street smarts, to learning that even rappers have rules in the Wilson house, the series follows the hilarious hijinks this family faces as they try to get on the same beat.


In the series premiere of Young Dylan, "Imaginary Friends", Young Dylan arrives at his relatives’ home needing a place to live, but his streetwise swagger upends the conservative Wilson household. (#101)

Nickelodeon’s partnership with Perry is part of his long-term pact with ViacomCBS, producing original series for BET Networks (The Oval and Sistas) and other ViacomCBS networks, with exclusive licensing rights on this programming. Additionally, Perry recently announced his joint venture with BET Networks for the new streaming video on demand service BET+. Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan marks Perry’s first kids’ scripted series.

Born and raised in Annapolis, Md., Gilmer is known for his many appearances and performances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and at NBA All-Star Weekend. Gilmer has an overall talent deal with Telepictures, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Television, and has previously guest starred on the revival of Nickelodeon’s hit series All That.

Gilmer is represented by Sherry Kayne of The Green Room and Chris Abramson at Felker Toczek Suddleson Abramson.

The production of Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan for Nickelodeon is overseen by Shauna Phelan, Senior Vice President, Live-Action Scripted Content. Brian Banks serves as Nickelodeon’s Executive in Charge of Production for the series.
