Tempers flare and friendships are tested when the resort manager tries to steer the group in a new musical direction. But with the support and inspiration from some special guests - Nancy O'Dell (Entertainment Tonight), Chachi Gonzales (professional dancer and choreographer), JoJo Siwa (professional dancer and social media star), Zach Sang (radio and television personality) and DJ Maxwell (Nick Radio) - the band must find a way to put on the show of the summer!

In their latest addition to their "Saturday Morning A Capella" playlist, YouTube channel Triforcefilms has unveiled an a capella version of The Loud House opening theme tune, which you can watch in the super music video below!

In the video clip, Mr. Dooves records himself singing and humming different parts (which you can see individually), while the theme song's familiar opening titles play in the centre of the screen. It's another of those videos you can watch multiple times, yet continue to notice new things!:

And The Winning Nickelodeon Slime Cup 2016 Team Is...

The games have been played, the slime points have been counted, and it's now time to reveal that the winning team of Nickelodeon Slime Cup 2016!


The Slime Cup Games saved its biggest challenge for last, and I'm talking one HUGE challenge! THE SLIMEWARRIOR RELAY was a true team effort, requiring each team member to work together. When the day was done, Team Yellow continued their winning streak by getting through the course in the fastest time, followed by Purple, Blue and Red.

But the battle for the Slime Cup was not done yet. That's because all of the slime points that fans at home collected still needed to be included, and when all the numbers were added up...

TEAM BLUE won the SLIME CUP!



A huge congratulations Jack Griffo, Ella Anderson, Cree Cicchino and Mace Coronel, and everyone who supported Team Blue during this years Nickelodeon Slime Cup contest!

The Slime Cup is Nickelodeon's slime-filled games and sports competition! The global interactive multiplatform brand campaign was anchored by two one-week long TV events where four teams made up of 16 of the biggest Nickelodeon stars from the hit live-action Nick shows Bella and the Bulldogs, Game Shakers, Henry Danger, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn and The Thundermans battled it out for slime supremacy.

The Slime Cup Games play out in two competition-filled, week-long specials, which aired across international Nickelodeon channels. The first, "The Slime Cup Totally Awesome Team Choosing Challenge", introduced this year's players and kicked off the campaign with a series of competitions which will ultimately placed all 16 Nick stars on their respective teams. The second week-long special, "The Slime Cup Games," featured the four teams competing in a series of all-new slimy head-to-head sports challenges with the goal of accumulating the most Slime points to win the messiest prize in sports... the Slime Cup trophy!


In their quest for the Nickelodeon Slime Cup, teams were put through their paces by competing in such challenges as the Wrecking Ball Challenge, the Doused Joust Challenge, the Slimy Scavenger Hunt, the Gooey Globe Run, the Gooey Gauntlet, and the Slime Warrior Relay.

However, the Slime Cup wasn't just a spectator sport; This year, kids in more than 150 countries were able to support their favorite Nickelodeon stars during the Slime Cup competition by getting involved in all the slimy action online and experiencing the fun for themselves by signing up for the Nickelodeon Slime Cup Competition 2016, picking a team and earning valuable Slime Points for their chosen team in the quest for the cup and for themselves by playing the awesome, interactive Slime Cup Game digital game on slimecup.com. All the slime points could also be exchanged for cool rewards in the Nickelodeon Slime Cup SlimeStand. Fans were even able to create their very own personalised team stat card on the site.


This year, Nickelodeon's multi-platform sports and games competition was hosted by Nickelodeon veteran Kel Mitchell and featured ambassadors SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa has announced the exciting news that Nickelodeon Africa will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon's brand-new original animated comedy series (Nicktoon) Pig Goat Banana Cricket weekdays at 13:50 CAT from Monday 3rd October 2016!

Following each episodes debut (#101, #102, #104-#113), Nickelodeon Africa will repeat each all-new episode in a special marathon on Saturday 15th October 2016 from 09:05 CAT (encores on Sunday 16th October 2016 from 15:40 CAT).


Pig Goat Banana Cricket follows four friends nature never intended - a pickle-obsessed Pig (Schwein), a Goat (Ziege) with musical dreams, a Banana (Banane) who loves video games and a Cricket (Grille) with a crazy science lab — in Boopelite City, a gigantic, fantastical metropolis unlike anything you've seen before; where fruit can walk, animals can talk, the sidewalks are crammed with animals, robots and sea creatures, and you can find all your pickle needs at the downtown Picklemart! The quad are roommates in a treehouse, which sits in the middle of the city, surrounded by the forest, seas and everywhere else the foursome could possibly go.

From surviving a fudge-pocalypse to challenging Prince Mermeow in the underwater city of Catlantis, Schwein, Ziege, Banane and Grille often find themselves in sticky situations... but wherever these four friends go, they always know where they'll end up: TOGETHER!


Pig Goat Banana Cricket is created by Dave Cooper and Johnny Ryan, established comic artists who worked on several issues of Nickelodeon Magazine, and executive produced by David Sacks (The Simpsons, Regular Show) who co-writes with J. Ryan. Dave Cooper also art directs the series and the pilot was directed by independent animator Nick Cross.

Nickelodeon Africa To Premiere "Every Witch Way" On Monday 3rd October 2016

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa has announced the magical news that Nickelodeon Africa will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon's spell-binding fantasy television series Every Witch Way weekdays at 21:05 CAT from Monday 3rd October 2016!

Following each episodes debut (#101-#110), Nickelodeon Africa will repeat each all-new episode of Every Witch Way in a magical marathon on Saturday 29th October 2016 from 15:40 CAT.


Inspired by the daily telenovela format, Every Witch Way follows 14-year-old Emma Alonso, as she moves to Miami and her ordinary life is turned upside-down when she discovers that she is a witch. Luckily, Emma quickly finds a friend in tomboy Andi, but when Emma develops a crush on the boy next door, Daniel, she also has to deal with his Queen Bee ex-girlfriend Maddie, a girl who has her own magical family secret.

Just as Emma's newfound witch skills start to materialise, she also has to negotiate the halls of Iridium High. Maddie and her clique The Panthers run the school, and the boys on the swim team, the Sharks, are always up to something to win or impress a girl. Plus there's no chance of getting away with any social blunders as Miss Information, the school gossip, documents everything on her blog read by the entire school.


In the premiere episode "Discovery", strange things start happening to Emma when she moves to Miami and gets to grips with a new home, new school and new friends.

Every Witch Way is written by Catharina Ledeboer (Grachi, Hollywood Heights, General Hospital) and produced by Nickelodeon Latin America and Cinemat.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa has announced the exciting news that Nickelodeon Africa will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon's hit musical comedy series Make It Pop weekdays at 20:40 CAT from Monday 3rd October 2016! Following each episodes debut (#101-#110), Nickelodeon Africa will repeat each all-new episode in special marathons on Saturday 15th and Saturday 22nd October 2016 from 15:40 CAT!


Make It Pop is a comedic, music-infused daily strip about three unique girls who come together to start their own K-Pop-inspired band. Randomly selected to room together at boarding school, bookish Corki (Erika Tham), fashion-forward Jodi (Louriza Tronco) and social media maven Sun Hi (Megan Lee) meet and bond over music. With the help of fellow classmate and aspiring DJ, Caleb (Dale Whibley), the girls grow from roommates to bandmates as their group, XO-IQ, becomes a school-wide sensation. The series, which features original songs and performances in every episode, is co-created by Thomas W. Lynch and Nick Cannon and produced by DHX Media.

Nickelodeon USA To Premiere "Pinky Malinky" In 2017

The Nickelodeon Animation Studio has announced the exciting news in a Tweet on the their official Twitter profile page, @NickAnimation, that Nickelodeon USA will start to premiere and show the networks brand-new social-media influenced animated comedy series Pinky Malinky, in 2017!


Pinky Malinky follows the everyday life of Pinky Malinky, an infectiously positive hotdog living in a human world who, along with his two best friends, navigate school and life with a unique perspective.


Using the tropes of a mockumentary and reality show format, Pinky and his friends will talk directly to the camera and the audience to share their absurd and silly take on real life. At times, all children feel like they don't fit in and Pinky's undeniably unique point of view as a literal wiener amongst humans will allow kids to laugh at his familiar struggles and enjoy his unusual perspective on the challenges of being a school-aged kid. By always reaching for the stars, Pinky pushes himself further than anyone could imagine, and proves that being a "wiener" is only one letter away from being a "WINNER!" Pinky and his friends' humorous experiences will also be shared across social media and Nickelodeon's digital platforms.


Co-created and co-executive produced by Chris Garbutt and Rikke Asbjoern (The Amazing World of Gumball) and executive produced by Scott Kreamer (Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness), the trio are a part of the Artist Collective, an internal diverse group of experienced creators who mentor and support up-and-coming talent while also collaborating to cultivate, challenge and inspire Nickelodeon's development pipeline.

Pinky Malinky will star Lucas Grabeel (Glenn Martin DDS) as Pinky Malinky, Diamond White (The Haunted Hathaways) as Babs Buttman, and Nathan Kress (iCarly) as JJ Jameson.

Produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank, Calif., the original animated series will join Nickelodeon's growing roster of content driven by creators discovered all over the world.

YTV (Canada) To Premiere "Ride" On Monday 5th September 2016

YTV has announced the very exciting news on their official website, YTV.com, that the Canadian children's channel will host the world premiere of Nickelodeon and YTV's brand-new live-action series Ride on Monday 5th September 2016!


Ride (20 x 30') follows the adventures of Katherine "Kit" Bridges when she and her Dad, Rudy, move to England for his new job at Covington Academy, an elite equestrian boarding school. Life at a new school is never easy - particularly when you are afraid to ride - but Kit will be able to handle any challenge she faces thanks to her new friend, TK....who just so happens to be the most stubborn and difficult horse at the Academy.

Following the shows launch on YTV, Nickelodeon USA is expected to debut Ride as part of the networks 2016/2017 programming season.

Commissioned by Nickelodeon and YTV and produced by Canada's Breakthrough Entertainment and the UK's Buccaneer Media, the 20x30-minute show, formally titled Let It Ride, is created by Jill Girling (Life with Derek) and Lori Mather-Welch (Would Be Kings, Queer As Folk). Executive producers for Breakthrough are Joan Lambur, Ira Levy, Peter Williamson, Michael McGuigan, Nat Abraham and Shelley Scarrow. Tony Wood (House of Anubis) is executive producing for Buccaneer. The series was cast by KM Casting. The series was filmed in Toronto and on location in Northern Ireland.
