Nickelodeon UK to Premiere 'Hunter Street' Season 4 on Monday 19th April 2021

A brand-new mystery is in store for the Hunter family in the all-new fourth season of Hunter Street, premiering Monday 19th April 2021 at 6:30pm on Nickelodeon UK & Ireland!


Fun, laughs and action await viewers this upcoming season, which will follow the Hunter kids undercover to find and unite both new and ancient technology, discover that they are not the only kid members of ‘The Relatives’ as they had previously thought, and take on powerful enemies with grudges against the Hunters that threaten to tear the family apart. Hunter Street season four will air on Nickelodeon’s international channels in 170+ countries and territories.

Hunter Street will see returning stars Kyra Smith as the free-spirited Hunter sister Anika; Kate Bensdorp as Evie; Eliyha Altena as Oliver; Sarah Nauta as Jasmyn; Alyssa Guerrouche as Jennie; Tooske Ragas as Kate Hunter; Ronald Top as Erik Hunter; and Cystine Carreon as Oliver’s Mom, Dottie; and some new cast members to be announced.


Below is a list of currently announced Hunter Street season four airdates for Nick UK & Eire:

Monday 19th April 2021 - An Unexpected Guest: Oliver and Anika have a new mystery - figuring out who their real dad is! An unexpected guest and an invitation to summer school sends them in a different direction.

Tuesday 20th April 2021 - Babies, Bunnies and Beards: Determined to find out what's inside the toy bunny, Anika decides to accompany Jennie to the summer school, leaving Oliver to search potential dad suspects.

Wednesday 21st April 2021 - Sally Hunter: Oliver, Jasmyn and Evie head to a book signing hoping for some bio-dad names. Meanwhile 'Sally' has a difficult initiation test by Miss Lucas, putting her cover under strain.

Thursday 22nd April 2021 - Quantum Problems and Dead Ends: Jennie and Anika hit a dead end with their investigation into the bunny's holocode device, while the hunt for the twins' dad reveals a new name.

Monday 26th April 2021 - House Arrest: The Hunters struggle to free themselves from the lockdown created by Erik's security system via a series of riddles in their very own Hunter Street Escape Room adventure.

Tuesday 27th April 2021 - The Intruder: Evie struggles to convince the others there's someone else in the house, and with Erik and Kate departing, the Hunter kids are alone with a threat lurking in their midst.

Wednesday 28th April 2021 - Mind Games: Anika and Jennie try to get to the bottom of the mysterious VR headsets. Oliver, Florian and Jasmyn are in for a shock of their own when they pay a visit to Florian's house.

Thursday 29th April 2021 - Break-in: The Hunters plan a break-in at the Academy. While Anika, Jasmyn and Jennie get their spy on, the boys are set to work trying to find a potential code word to unlock the holocode.

Originally announced in February 2020, production of Hunter Street season 4 was originally planned to commence in May 2020, however, the announcement was made just before the world went topsy turvy due to the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Filming was then shifted to summer/autumn 2020.

Hunter Street is produced for an international audience by Blooming Media. The series was originally co-developed with the Nickelodeon Netherlands series, De Ludwigs.

'The Smurfs': First Look at New CG-Animated Series Set to Air on Nickelodeon

As previously reported, The Smurfs is set to premiere on Ouftivi in French-speaking Belgium on Sunday 18th April 2021, and to promote the launch of the brand new CG-animated series based the iconic property, Ouftivi has released a teaser trailer, giving us a first look at the all new show!


Based on the iconic property and in partnership with LAFIG Belgium and IMPS, The Smurfs (52 11-minute episodes across two seasons) is a brand-new original CG-animated TV series following Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy, Hefty, Clumsy and others, on all-new adventures, packed with humor, heart and high-stakes action. The series is set to premiere on Nickelodeon in the U.S. in October 2021, and is slated to roll-out on Nickelodeon channels and programming blocks shortly after.

The new 3D The Smurfs series will also be made available on YouTube worldwide from Q2 2022 and will also debut on Netflix services worldwide from Q2 2023.


The Smurfs is produced by Belgium's Peyo Productions and France's Dupuis Edition & Audiovisuel. It is being directed by William Renaud (CalimeroCasper’s Scare SchoolA Kind of Magic) and written by Peter Saisselin (Sonic BoomALVINNN!!! And the Chipmunks) and Amy Serafin (Sonic BoomAlvin!!! And the Chipmunks).

In addition to the content partnership, ViacomCBS Consumer Products (VCP) will manage consumer products licensing for The Smurfs property across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia. VCP will seek new merchandising and promotional partners in select categories and territories for The Smurfs classic brand, in addition to a new product line for the new animated series The Smurfs, spanning categories including toys, stationery, apparel and accessories, home, consumer packaged goods and more, to launch at retail in 2022.

Created in 1958 by Belgian cartoonist Peyo, pen name of Pierre Culliford (1928-1992), the Smurfs (French: Les Schtroumpfs) evolved from secondary comic characters in Peyo's Johan and Peewit (French: Johan et Pirlouit) comic series and spinning off into their own series the following year, in which they became the small centerpieces of the massive franchise that skyrocketed to global fame with the 1981 launch of The Smurfs (Smurfs' Adventures) Saturday morning cartoon series, which, produced by Hanna-Barbera aired new episodes on NBC until 1989, running for more than 250 episodes and several specials over nine seasons. It would eventually manifest in live-action CG-animation hybrid splendor on the big screen. The 2011 feature film of the same name and its 2013 sequel, The Smurfs 2 were produced by Sony Pictures Animation and released by Columbia Pictures. Hank Azaria and Neil Patrick Harris starred in live-action roles, with voiceovers by Anton Yelchin, Jonathan Winters, Katy Perry (famously providing the voice of Smurfette), Jayma Mays, and George Lopez. A fully CG-animated standalone movie, The Smurfs: Lost Village was released in April 2017, featuring the voices of Demi Lovato, Rainn Wilson, Ellie Kemper, Julia Roberts and Mandy Patinkin. The Smurfs have also featured in two shorts.

Microids and IMPS Sign Major Publishing Deal for 'The Smurfs' Video Games

Microids and IMPS/The Smurfs sign a major publishing deal regarding future Smurfs video game adaptations

New details about the upcoming game The Smurfs – Mission Vileaf, announced last year!


Paris, April 8 2021 – French publisher Microids and IMPS, the Smurfs world license holder, are pleased to announce a major publishing deal regarding the development of four new Smurfs video game adaptations. These games will explore different genres and will gradually launch over the next five years. As a reminder, Microids’ new subsidiary, Microids Distribution France, will handle the distribution of the game in the French territory.

“We’re thrilled over this ambitious deal with IMPS, as it extends even more our lasting and very promising partnership.” says Stéphane Longeard, Microids’ CEO. “Working on such a rich franchise that speaks to all generations allows us to create a wide variety of different games: there will be something to suit all tastes! Besides, thanks to this partnership and the Smurf’s incredible international notoriety, Microids continues to significantly reinforce and diversify its catalog of renowned IPs.”

In addition to these four upcoming games, the Smurfs will also be a part of Microids’ 2021 line-up, as the new Smurfs game that was announced last May will launch at the end of the year. Entitled The Smurfs – Mission Vileaf and developed by Osome Studio, the game will launch simultaneously on PC, PlayStation®4, Xbox One consoles, and Nintendo Switch. In this new 3D adventure-platformer, the Smurfs will once again have to thwart evil Gargamel’s schemes to save their village… and the whole forest!

The new 3D The Smurfs series will have its premiere on Ouftivi in the French-speaking region of Belgium on Sunday 18th April 2021, and will also be made available on YouTube worldwide from Q2 2022 and will also debut on Netflix services worldwide from Q2 2023.


The Smurfs is produced by Belgium's Peyo Productions and France's Dupuis Edition & Audiovisuel. It is being directed by William Renaud (CalimeroCasper’s Scare SchoolA Kind of Magic) and written by Peter Saisselin (Sonic BoomALVINNN!!! And the Chipmunks) and Amy Serafin (Sonic BoomAlvin!!! And the Chipmunks).

In addition to the content partnership, ViacomCBS Consumer Products (VCP) will manage consumer products licensing for The Smurfs property across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia. VCP will seek new merchandising and promotional partners in select categories and territories for The Smurfs classic brand, in addition to a new product line for the new animated series The Smurfs, spanning categories including toys, stationery, apparel and accessories, home, consumer packaged goods and more, to launch at retail in 2022.

It would eventually manifest in live-action CG-animation hybrid splendor on the big screen. The 2011 feature film of the same name and its 2013 sequel, The Smurfs 2 were produced by Sony Pictures Animation and released by Columbia Pictures. Hank Azaria and Neil Patrick Harris starred in live-action roles, with voiceovers by Anton Yelchin, Jonathan Winters, Katy Perry (famously providing the voice of Smurfette), Jayma Mays, and George Lopez. A fully CG-animated standalone movie, The Smurfs: Lost Village was released in April 2017, featuring the voices of Demi Lovato, Rainn Wilson, Ellie Kemper, Julia Roberts and Mandy Patinkin. Polaris, the House Band from ‘The Adventures of Pete & Pete’, Announce 2021 Tour

Hey smiling strange, “The Band That Lives Inside Your TV” are back! Polaris, the house band from cult-classic Nickelodeon show The Adventures of Pete & Pete, are escaping from your childhood television set and busting out on a national tour for only the second time ever.


Polaris are Mark Mulcahy (Muggy), David McCaffrey (Jersey), and Scott Boutier (Harris). The three were longtime bandmates in underground favorite Miracle Legion, who’ve also reunited in recent years. Post-Polaris, Mulcahy went on to start an eclectic solo career, becoming one of the most celebrated and revered songwriters making records today. McCaffrey and Boutier played bass and drums together in several acts including Frank Black and the Catholics.

The “21st Century Tour” will find Muggy, Jersey & Harris venturing out to 14 US cities between May and August. They’ll bring a mix of Polaris and Miracle Legion songs, plus some surprises to the sets. These shows will be the first since the band’s highly successful “Waiting for October Tour” in 2014-15, a jaunt across the country that found a generation of now grown-up Nickelodeon fans singing along to every word. The joyful reunion tour culminated in the beautifully recorded and packaged Live at Lincoln Hall double album.

In addition to touring, Polaris’ hit vinyl record, Music from the Adventures of Pete & Pete, will be receiving a special reissue to mark the occasion. The release will be a deluxe vinyl package, including a CD of original demos dating between 1992-95, liner notes from Pete & Pete co-creator Will McRobb, and a complete album lyric sheet. It’s the ultimate edition of a record that Consequence of Sound called “a collection of songs that perfectly capture the confusion, whimsy, and wonder of adolescence.”


Postponed from last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the “21st Century Tour” begins on June 24 in Chicago, IL at Lincoln Hall and wraps up on October 9 in Hamden, CT at the Space Ballroom. Tickets are on sale now. Keep an eye out for additional dates and news from Mezzotint.com, the website of Mulcahy’s Mezzotint label, as more information becomes available.

Nickelodeon Partners With Plan International To Launch New Global Pro-Social Campaign "Together For Good"

The non-profit org will work with Nickelodeon International to extend the Extraordinary Me series with episodes focused on gender equality.


UK-based non-profit org Plan International has teamed up with Nickelodeon International on several new episodes of the kids network's Extraordinary Me interstitial series that will run through Wednesday 30th June 2021.

Extraordinary Me, which spotlights everyday kids doing incredible things, premiered last year as part of Nick’s Together For Good initiative. Plan focuses on children’s rights and equality for girls, and the new episodes it’s involved in centre around girls who are defying stereotypes and excelling in male-dominated disciplines.

They kicked off yesterday across Nickelodeon platforms in 144 territories, featuring Japanese karate champion Mahiro, Russian weightlifter Milana, Australian golf champion Sahara (pictured below) and Colombian rugby player Karla. The shorts can be watched online at me.nickelodeon.tv.


Nick’s partnership with Plan feeds into a concerted effort being made by other producers and broadcasters of late to achieve gender equality both on and off screen. Kickstart Entertainment recently partnered with Geena Davis on a girl-centric animated series called I AM, and Women in Animation launched its 2021 spring mentorship program last month, with a focus on providing mentors to women of color through partnerships with Black N’ Animated, LatinX in Animation and Rise Up Animation.

Nickelodeon previously teamed up with Plan International for a global Together For Good campaign in 2015.

At the beginning of the school year, Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools® opened the Unified Classroom. By releasing monthly packages of resources, lessons and videos, teachers and parents can ensure that their K-12 students are continuing to build inclusive mindsets from any classroom setting.

The theme of the Unified Classroom for April is Leadership and the #UnifiedGeneration is welcoming partners Nickelodeon and the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) to join in on the conversation.

Unified Talks: Learn and Lead with Nickelodeon

Hosted by youth leaders from all across the country, Unified Talks focus on themes that are at the core of Special Olympics. These videos will captivate student viewers and reveal how they can make change in their community. There will be a mix of storytelling, direct teaching, modeling, and even bloopers.

In this episode of Unified Talks, learn what it means to be an inclusive youth leader with U.S. Youth Ambassadors Sophie and Joey of Special Olympics Nebraska along with the Special Olympics' friends at Nickelodeon! SpongeBob SquarePants, members of the Loud House, The Casagrandes, It's Pony and other Nickelodeon favorites demonstrate what qualities make a good leader and how to unite a team towards a common goal. Inside Inclusion: Understand Different Leadership Techniques with NFHS – COMING SOON

Inside Inclusion is a monthly roundtable series that features members of the #UnifiedGeneration coming together to explore an important topic.

The NFHS is the national leader and advocate for high school athletics as well as fine and performing arts programs. Within their 51 member state associations (including Washington, D.C.), they serve 19,500 high schools and more than 12 million young people.

Yoto to Add ‘Horrid Henry’ Audio Stories in June 2021

Novel Entertainment has secured a new global deal for its internationally renowned Horrid Henry brand with dedicated kids’ audio platform Yoto. Under the partnership, five initial Horrid Henry audio titles will launch as cards for Yoto’s award-winning Yoto Player in June, including Ice Cream Dream, The Name Game, The Best Boys’ Club Sleepover, Horrid Henry’s Petsitting Service and Horrid Henry and the Walking Stick Gang.


The screen-free Yoto Player is designed specifically for children and is controlled using physical cards, which are inserted into the speaker to activate the audio content. Yoto’s audio cards can also be played through its app on compatible smartphones. .

Novel Entertainment has also secured a further agreement for Horrid Henry audio content with audiobook distributor Findaway. Following the deal, eight collections consisting of five Horrid Henry stories each are now available worldwide across Findaway’s extensive network of platforms, which includes Apple, Google Play, Scribd and NOOK, in addition to existing partners including Audible and Amazon.

Novel Entertainment first launched Horrid Henryaudio content in Spring 2020 and continues to expand the offering for fans. NEW YORK/SYDNEY—MAR. 2, 2020—Nickelodeon International and ViacomCBS-owned Australian free-to-air broadcaster, Network 10, today announced their first-ever partnership with the greenlight of Taylor’s Island (working title). Produced by Fremantle, with major production investment from Screen Australia, the new original live-action series will premiere across Nickelodeon channels around the world, beginning early 2022. As part of the agreement, Nordic Entertainment Group is also a partner, premiering Taylor’s Island as an exclusive Viaplay Original on their Viaplay streaming service in the Nordic and Baltic markets.

The 20 x 22-minute action-packed comedy filmed in Queensland follows Taylor Young, a girl who is fascinated by the phenomena surrounding a mysterious island, ever since her uncle’s disappearance there. With a gang of friends, including Nori, a wisecracking local rebel; Meesha, a tough-as-nails thrill seeker; Ellis, a hypochondriac and born worrier; and Taylor’s stepsister Lila, an aspiring vlogger, Taylor is determined to get to the bottom of the secrets and inexplicable events of the island. In the pursuit of the truth, the friends go on an adventure of a lifetime, facing endless beaches, hidden treasures, cryptic riddles, and thrilling legends waiting to be unraveled.

Fremantle Australia’s New Teen Mystery Series on the Gold Coast

The Queensland Government via Screen Queensland today announced that Fremantle Australia’s brand-new teen series, Taylor’s Island (working title), will film exclusively on the Gold Coast from July this year.

Taylor’s Island (working title) follows the adventures of 14-year-old Taylor and her tight-knit group of friends as they explore the mysteries of their island home.

It features a diverse female cast anchored by Australian leads and is produced for Viacom, to broadcast on Network 10 in Australia and Nickelodeon internationally.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the production would contribute around $9 million to the local economy and support around 165 jobs which is important for our economic recovery.

“Through Screen Queensland, my government is proud to support the screen industry in Queensland because it creates local jobs,” the Premier said.

“We’ve also emerged as one of the safest places to film because of the hard work of all Queenslanders in managing the global pandemic.

“Queensland is the place to be backed up by our enviable reputation for creating high-quality children’s screen content with local production companies Ludo Studio (Bluey, The Strange Chores), Like A Photon Creative (Combat Wombat, The Wishmas Tree) and The Steve Jaggi Company (Dive Club, Swimming For Gold) garnering global recognition for our screen industry.”

Screen Queensland Chief Creative Officer Jo Dillon said Taylor’s Island is another example of exciting new Australian-made children’s content driven by strong female characters.

“It’s great to see a series about a diverse group of teenagers, led by a girl, driven by curiosity and a strong sense of adventure, and we’re proud that it’s being made on the Gold Coast.

“The lead roles will all be played by young Australian actors—an enormous step in their budding careers,” Ms Dillon said.

Nickelodeon, 10 land on Taylor’s Island

ViacomCBS-owned Nickelodeon International and Australia’s Network 10 have collaborated for the first time to order a live-action children’s series about a teenager whose uncle disappears.

Fremantle Australia will produce Taylor’s Island (working title, 20×22’), which will start shooting on Queensland’s Gold Coast in July, supported by Screen Australia and Screen Queensland.

Created by Matt Cooke, Vince Lund and Michael Ford, the comedy follows 14-year-old Taylor Young as she and her friends explore the mysterious island after her uncle vanishes.

The production will contribute about A$9m (US$7m) to the local economy and support 165 jobs, according to Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk.

“So the Fremantle team, working with Rachel Davis [the executive in charge of production for Nickelodeon International in Australia], have been creating the world of Taylor’s Island from the inspiration brought to us from Matt, Vince and Michael.”

Tim Powell will produce alongside coproducer Jonah Klein. Led by script producer and writer Stephen Vagg, the writing team comprises Sam Carroll (The Bureau of Magical Things), Alix Beane (Mustangs FC), David Hannam (Nowhere Boys), Marisa Nathar (Mustangs FC), Natesha Somasundaram (The Unlisted), Trent Roberts (Secret Bridesmaids’ Business) and Hannah Samuel (The PM’s Daughter).

The diverse female cast and directors are yet to be announced.

ViacomCBS Australia and New Zealand chief content officer and exec VP Beverley McGarvey said: “This new original live-action series further cements our commitment to premium children’s content.”

The news follows Nickelodeon International’s recent production partnerships in markets such as China with Deer Squad, a coproduction with iQiyi; in Israel with Spyders, Nickelodeon International’s first original coproduction with Ananey Studios; and in India with The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj, its first collaboration with Viacom18.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.–March 18, 2021–Nickelodeon today announced the greenlight of That Girl Lay Lay (working title), a new comedy series starring teen sensation and hip-hop artist Alaya “That Girl Lay Lay” High. The series (13 episodes) marks Nickelodeon’s first project under an overall deal with That Girl Lay Lay to develop original multiform programming and music initiatives, and build a cross-category consumer products business. Produced by record-breaking producer Will Packer (Little, Ride Along) and Will Packer Media (Bigger), the series is set to begin production this spring, with a premiere slated for this summer on Nickelodeon.

Created by David A. Arnold (Side Hustle, Fuller House, Bigger), That Girl Lay Lay follows Lay Lay (That Girl Lay Lay), an avatar from a personal affirmation app that magically comes to life, and her best friend Sadie as they navigate life as teenagers and discover who they truly are.

In That Girl Lay Lay, phone avatar Lay Lay is the perfect hype girl and best friend that anyone could ever want from their personal affirmation app.  Struggling to make her mark at school and needing a best friend to talk to, Sadie wishes upon a star that Lay Lay was real and could help teach her how to stand out.  When her wish comes true and Lay Lay is magically brought to life, the two friends learn that when they are together, they can accomplish anything.  

In addition to her new comedy series, Nickelodeon’s comprehensive strategy for That Girl Lay Lay includes supporting her music career and an exclusive line of consumer products, with merchandising agreements spanning categories such as fashion, accessories, publishing and more.

That Girl Lay Lay is a social media star and hip-hop prodigy who has taken the world by storm with her infectious energy and sharp rhymes.  She has been writing, producing, rapping and singing since the age of five, and at age 11 became the youngest female rapper to sign a recording deal and create her own imprint, Fresh Rebel Muzik/EMPIRE.  Her music videos garner millions of views, with her smash hits “Mama” and “Supersize XL” having amassed close to 90 million views on YouTube to date between the two.

Nickelodeon’s Next Superstar is a Houstonian

Here’s what you need to know about 13-year-old rapper Alaya “Lay Lay” High.

FROM THE PIONEERING SOUNDS OF Geto Boys and DJ Screw to current superstars like Travis Scott and Megan Thee Stallion, H-Town has gifted many-a-successful rappers to the world.

These days, it’s 13-year-old rapper and Pearland native Alaya High, better known as Lay Lay, rather, who youngsters are gravitating towards. And they just may be onto something.

Sure, Bayou City rappers of old have their share of Grammys, Gold and Platinum RIAA records—oh, and literally every aspect of Beyoncé’s career—but none, to our knowledge, had a TV show with Nickelodeon. 

That’s right. Earlier this summer, Lay Lay landed an overall deal with the children’s cable network to develop original content, and just a few weeks ago we learned that deal will include her very own show.

“When I first learned about my deal with Nickelodeon, I celebrated with donuts and Welch’s sparkling grape juice,” Lay Lay tells Houstonia, with so much enthusiasm you can’t help but share in her excitement. “I was just really excited because I always loved the shows on Nickelodeon.”

Called That Girl Lay Lay, the 13-episode comedy from Fuller House writer-producer David A. Arnold features our teenage viral sensation as an avatar from a “personal affirmation app” who manifests in the flesh after character Sadie wishes on a shooting star.

“It means a lot to me because I’m happy a bunch of young Black girls get to see another Black girl killing it in the industry,” Lay Lay shares. 

In addition to the show, Lay Lay, who now lives in Atlanta, will also release new merchandise and music through Nickelodeon. But this isn’t her first foray into the music biz.


A rapper through and through, the teenager has been creating music since the age of 5, when her father, rapper Acie High, inspired her to start creating everything from witty freestyles to catchy original songs. In 2018, she made her way onto the big stage when she inked a deal with Empire—becoming the youngest female rapper ever to sign with a label at the age of 11—and dropped her debut project, Tha Cheat Code, later that year.

Soon after, came the love from celebrities like 50 Cent and Mindy Kaling, a viral appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and even an impressive performance on MTV’s Wild ’N Out that left DC Young Fly speechless.

Through all of the fame and high praise from the industry, Lay Lay is a Houstonian at heart.

“I represent Houston in my work by always talking about it, and you can definitely hear the little bit of country in me in a lot of my songs,” Lay Lay says. “Anytime anybody hears me talk they’re like, ‘You’re from the south, aren’t you?’ and I’m like, ‘Yup, H-Town for life.’”


And H-Town loves her back.

No, seriously, many Bayou City legends have shown their affection for the up-and-coming star over the years. She recently partnered with “Uncle″ Bun B for a ssong and they filmed the music video outside the popular Turkey Leg Hut, where she was visited by then-Houston Rockets superstar James Harden.

Doesn’t that sound like the most iconically Houston thing that could happen? We can’t disagree.

In season one of Hunter Street (20 episodes), after spending his first night in his new home, Max, along with new siblings Tess, Anika, Sal and Daniel wake up to find their foster parents, Erik and Kate Hunter have vanished. To uncover the truth they will have to dig up secrets in their old Amsterdam canal home. With obstacles at every turn, they must also fight off old family rivals and duplicitous heirs in order to solve the mystery - all while running the family home!

In season two (20 episodes), Erik is accused of a art theft, causing the siblings set out on a quest for clues, leading them on an epic and suspenseful adventure; they come across secret organizations, puzzling clues, secret rooms, unexpected revelations – and some exciting new additions to the family in their quest to prove Erik's innocence!


And season three (30 episodes) follows the Hunter family on mysterious journeys around Amsterdam, leading them on epic and suspenseful adventures, as they come across puzzling clues, secret rooms and unexpected family revelations!

The news comes as Nickelodeon is about to launch season four of Hunter Street internationally this April!

Hunter Street stars Stony Blyden as Max; MaeMae Renfrow as Tess; Kyra Smith as Anika; Daan Creyghton as Sal; Thomas Jansen as Daniel, Wilson Radjou-Pujalte as Jake Hunter, Kate Bensdorp as Evie Hunter; Eliyha Altena as Oliver; Sarah Nauta as Jasmyn; Alyssa Guerrouche as Jennie; Tooske Ragas as Kate Hunter; Ronald Top as Erik Hunter; and Cystine Carreon as Oliver’s Mom, Dottie.

Hunter Street is produced for an international audience by Blooming Media. The series was originally co-developed with the Nickelodeon Netherlands series, De Ludwigs.

Nickelodeon will premiere Nick News: Kids & The Impact of Climate Change, a brand new hour-long Nick News special looking at the effects climate change has on the planet, on Saturday, April 17 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT).


The award-winning Nick News series made its return last June with a special hour-long presentation Kids, Race and Unity: A Nick News Special, hosted by global superstar Alicia Keys, and was followed by Nick News: Kids Pick the President, a special hosted by Nickelodeon alum Keke Palmer (True Jackson, VP) in October.


Earlier this year, Nickelodeon introduced Nick News Breaks, an ongoing series of news updates covering the big topics and news of the day that are most important to kids. Since its introduction, the short-form series has covered topics ranging from the Capitol Insurrection to Trump Impeachment, Peaceful Transition of Power, to COVID-19 Vaccines and NASA Landing on Mars.
