New 'Power Rangers Beast Morphers' Season 2 Episode Titles & Synopses Revealed

As Power Rangers Beast Morphers season two starts to rollout internationally, including on POP in the UK and Gulli in France, the episode titles and synopses for the remaining episodes of Power Rangers Beast Morphers season two yet to air on Nickelodeon USA are slowly being revealed!


Currently on its mid-season hiatus on Nickelodeon USA, the last episode of Power Rangers Beast Morphers to air on Nick was episode 8, "Secret Struggle". Nick is slated to start to air new episodes of Power Rangers Beast Morphers, including the special team-up special featuring Rangers from Mighty Morphin, Dino Charge and Dino Thunder later this year.

1009 - The Evox Snare: Grid Battleforce shuts down the Morph-X towers to lure Evox into a trap.

1010 - Intruder Alert!: The Rangers receive a strange message from outer space warning of an impending threat.

1011 - The Greater Good: The Rangers do everything they can to help their new ally return home.

1012 - Finders Keepers: A hasty decision by Zoey puts an old friend in danger.

1013 - ?: In an epic battle, the Beast Morphers team up with the Dino Thunder, Dino Charge, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to defeat the newest member of Evox's team.

1014 - ?: Nate is reunited with his do-gooder parents, who offer him a compelling and difficult choice.

1015 - ?: Ravi and Roxy's anniversary hits a major snag when a misunderstanding gets out of control.

Further news about the upcoming Power Rangers Dino Charge Dino team-up has also been revealed, including what is thought to be the first time from the special!:


Power Rangers Dino Charge's Claire Blackwelder has revealed that she won't be returning for the Beast Morphers Dino team-up. When The Illuminerdi asked Blackwelder if she was approached to return for the crossover, she stated the following:

"I was not, no, I’ve never been approached about returning. I would love to if for no other reason than to just say hello to the crew. I love everybody there."

This definitely is not good news for Power Rangers fans, as Blackwelder’s character was a fan favorite in her season. Even it was just a voice-over role, it surely would have been enough to please fans who want Kendall appear once again. It doesn’t look like it will be the case for this season, however.

During San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) last year, it was confirmed that Austin St John would be returning to Power Rangers Beast Morphers Season 2 for the epic Dino Team-Up. It was later revealed that he’d be joined by members of the Dino Charge cast, such as Yoshi Sudarso, Brennan Mejia, James Davies, and Davi Santos. The question remained: would there be any other original Rangers returning for the team-up? How about from the Dino Thunder cast?

The original Blue Ranger, David Yost, may have shed some light on the situation. During a livestream, Yost addressed whether he would be returning for the Dino team-up. While Yost is open to the idea of returning to the series he stated that he would not be reprising his role as Billy Cranston for this season of Power Rangers.

Yost went on to say that Austin St John, who played the original Red Ranger, would be the only original actor returning to the show:

"The only person that went back for Beast Morphers is Austin St John. Nobody else. Only Austin St. John. So, that’s all."

Now, it’s possible David could be playing coy about returning, as Austin did when a fan asked him if he’d be returning to the show at a convention and he said he’d be up for it but nobody had reached out to him. All the while, the news had already broken that he’d be returning and had already shot his scenes.

"In season 2 of POWER RANGERS BEAST MORPHERS, Evox returns and he’s more powerful than ever! The Power Rangers will gain access to all new power upgrades, powerful new weapons, and epic new Megazords in order to protect the Morphin Grid and save the world!"

NOVA TV NAJGLEDANIJA TELEVIZIJA

-Najgledaniji nacionalni zemaljski kanal je Nova TV, a potom slijede HRT1 i RTL. Na vrhu ljestvice najgledanijih nezemaljskih televizijskih kanala su dječji kanal (Nickelodeon), informativni kanal (N1) i sportski kanal (Sport Klub 1). Kao i obično, najgledaniji televizijski sadržaj u Republici Hrvatskoj su sportska događanja, nogometne utakmice, priopćili su iz Agencija za elektroničke medije koja je prošle godine pozvala sve tvrtke koje se bave mjerenjem televizijskog programa na suradnju.

Kako su naveli u AEM-u cilj im je omogućiti uvid u trendove gledanosti unutar cjelokupnog televizijskog tržišta, na raznovrsnim distribucijskim platformama, a što uključuje i dio naplatnih televizijskih usluga. Prva analiza koja se objavljuje je analiza gledanosti televizijskih programa za razdoblje od srpnja do prosinca 2019. U suradnji s agencijom AdScanner, HT-om i A1, ubuduće ćemo redovito objavljivati mjesečne analize gledanosti TV programa kao i dodatne stručne analize i istraživanja gledanosti i trendova na području audiovizualnih medijskih usluga.

Priložena analiza, koja uključuje sve zemaljske i nezemaljske kanale dostupne AdScanneru, daje popis petnaest najgledanijih televizijskih kanala i emisija. Promatramo li sve kanale najgledaniji su nacionalni zemaljski kanali. Na prvoj poziciji nalazi se Nova TV, slijede je HRT1, RTL, HRT2, Doma TV,RTL 2 itd.

Na vrhu ljestvice najgledanijih nezemaljskih televizijskih kanala su dječji kanal (Nickelodeon), informativni kanal (N1) i sportski kanal (Sport Klub 1). Kao i obično, najgledaniji televizijski sadržaj u Republici Hrvatskoj su sportska događanja, nogometne utakmice.

-Metodologija istraživanja gledanosti televizijskih programa uključuje sustav istraživanja koji se sastoji od šest koraka: bazično ispitivanje na reprezentativnom uzorku od 4800 kućanstava, panel TV gledatelja, mjerenje gledanosti, prijenos i obrada podataka, sustav monitoringa i čuvanja realiziranog programskog sadržaja, najava i oglašavanje te programski alat za analizu televizijske gledanosti. U istraživanje televizijske gledanosti uključena su kućanstva koja su pomno odabrana u suradnji sa specijaliziranom agencijom kako bi statistički predstavljala IPTV i kabelsku populaciju na temelju rezultata zadnjeg popisa stanovništva, te podataka Državnog zavoda za statistiku o procjeni broja stanovnika Republike Hrvatske 2017., kao i podataka bazičnog istraživanja. Televizijska gledanost mjeri se na kontinuiranom uzorku od minimalno sto tisuća set top boxova (STB) na IPTV i kabelskoj platformi, a izolirani uzorak čini 900 kućanstava koja čine statistički reprezentativan uzorak prema regiji, veličini mjesta, veličini obitelji, te predstavlja IPTV i kabelsku populaciju Republike Hrvatske, navode u AEM-u.

Topul televiziunilor cu cele mai mari audiențe la nivel URBAN – MAI 2020

Majoritatea televiziunilor din top 15 au suferit pierderi de audiență la nivel urban față de luna aprilie, dar ierarhia în partea superioară s-a păstrat. Televiziunile de știri au pierdut telespectatori cu excepția România TV. TVR 1 a ajuns la o medie de 34.000 de telespectatori pe minut, sub B1 TV (38.000) și DIVA (38.000).

În luna mai, Pro TV, liderul pieței TV, a pierdut 22.000 de telespectatori în mediul urban, ajungând la o medie de 360.000 de orășeni pe minut, conform măsurătorilor Kantar Media. Și-a păstrat fără emoții prima poziție în topul urban.

Antena 1 a suferit o scădere a audienței generale de 56.000 de persoane față de aprilie, cea mai mare de pe piața TV, dar și aceasta și-a conservat a doua poziție pe care o ocupă de multă vreme.

Kanal D și-a păstrat audiența din aprilie, având o medie de 189.000 de telespectatori pe minut (toată ziua).

Pe locul 4 a urcat România TV, care a suferit o pierdere de doar 1.000 de telespectatori față de aprilie, spre deosebire de Antena 3 care a pierdut 38.000 de persoane, a doua scădere importantă a lunii mai.

Televiziunea de stat TVR 1 a atins o medie de 34.000 de telespectatori pe minut, în scădere cu 6.000 de persoane față de aprilie, aflându-se pe locul 11 în topul urban.

Alte televiziuni care au suferit pierderi de audiență în luna mai: Digi24 (scădere de 25.000 de persoane), Național TV (-5.000), Prima TV (-2.000), B1 TV (-10.000), TVR 2 (-3.000) și Realitatea Plus (-6.000).

Televiziunile care au câștigat telespectatori în luna mai sunt: DIVA (2.000), Happy Channel (1.000) și Nickelodeon (2.000).

VIACOM INTERNATIONAL STUDIOS GREENLIGHTS SEASON TWO OF CLUB 57 IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO


MIAMI, 22 of January 2020. – Viacom International Studios (VIS) and The Mediapro Studio announced that Bogotá, Colombia will be the new setting for the second season of Club 57 (60 x 1 hour), Nickelodeon Latin America's hit musical series. After a successful first season, which culminated with an impressive live-tour uniting more than 10 thousand fans in Buenos Aires in November, Club 57 returns to the screen. The co-production with The Mediapro Studio will begin filming in the second quarter of this year.

In this second season, Eva and Rubén split their time between 1957 and 1987, where the "Chaos Guardians" have JJ hidden. However, now, they are not the only ones traveling through time. Tiago, a brilliant but rebellious classmate, has developed his own technology for time travel. Even though she dislikes Tiago, Eva needs him to find a way to stay with JJ, without breaking the space-time dimension and cause chaos in the universe… again.

Club 57 returns with an outstanding pan-regional cast lead by Venezuelan actress Evaluna Montaner, in the role of Eva, Italian actor Riccardo Frascari as JJ, Colombians Sebastian Silva playing Rubén and Andres Mercado portraying Manuel, Chilean Carolina Mestrovic in the role of Vero and the Venezuelan Fefi Oliveira as Mercedes. This new season will also feature new actors, who will be announced soon.

Award-winning Argentinian-Venezuelan singer-songwriter Ricardo Montaner, music producers Mau and Ricky, and Colombian singer-songwriter, Camilo Echeverri will once again be in charge of the soundtrack for this second season.

The first season of Club 57, viewed by more than 19M[1] people in the region, was the #1 show during its timeslot with girls 7-14 in Argentina and Mexico; and girls 4-11 in Argentina[2]. At the same time, Club 57 was the #1 show during Argentine FTA broadcaster Telefe's children's programming block on the weekends. The series garnered more than 69M video views[3] throughout all platforms and was the #1 property on Nick Play during its premieres[4].

Club 57 also had several musical hits throughout its first season run, including "El Tiempo Corre Al Reves", the theme song for the series, performed by Evaluna Montaner, reaching 3.9 million video views on YouTube, and "Ladrona" surpassing 14 million video views to date.

Club 57 is the work of screenwriter Catharina Ledoboer, who has written multiple smash hits for Nickelodeon Latin America, including Every Witch Way (four seasons), WITS Academy, I Am Frankie (two seasons) and Talia in the Kitchen for Nickelodeon USA, and three successful seasons of Grachi, Nickelodeon Latin America's youth series that Every Witch Way was based on, in addition to Isa TKMVikki RPM.

Natpe Miami 2020: menos puede ser más

Hoy Natpe Miami está llegando a su fin con buen balance: si bien se concuerda que hay 20% menos gente que años anteriores, el ritmo de negocio se muestra incluso más intenso. No hay quejas de menos citas, ni caída de actividad. Algunos dicen que la reducción ha vuelto más amigable el evento, que es más fácil encontrarse o hay menos pérdidas de tiempo. Más allá de opiniones, hay clima de buen mercado.

Dos grandes eventos tuvieron lugar ayer: el lanzamiento de Particular Crowd, el nuevo sello de cine de Turner Latin America, y la fiesta de ViacomCBS a la noche. La movida de Turner es disruptiva: se trata de unas 90 películas hasta fin de año, en inglés producidas sobre todo USA, con foco en América Latina y para luego también vender al mundo. Hay de todo: familares, thrillers, comedias románticas, terror, suspenso. Buena parte se estrenará en cine, son de alto presupuesto.

Whit Richardson, presidente Turner Latin America: ‘Hemos migrado de grupo de canales de TV paga a un hub de contenidos, que incluye dramas, deportes y non scripted, para uso propio y de terceros. El sello de cine es el paso que sigue, para ser más 360’. Tomás Yankelevich, EVP y CCO: ‘Producimos en inglés porque así cubrimos una gran necesidad del mercado latino, que puede ampliarse en la nueva etapa de OTTs. Y también pensando en el mercado global. Haremos mucho foco en talento emergente, y en géneros de siempre que hoy se transitan menos’.

Con una gran ambientación de un cine de los años ’20, ViacomCBS destacó la reciente fusión entre las dos grandes empresas y el catálogo global muy diversificado que ahora definen sus marcas CBS, Viacom, VIS, Telefe, BET, Nickelodeon, entre otras. Pierluigi Gazzolo, presidente de VIS y de OTT Internacional: ‘Vale destacar los ‘first look deals’ que firmamos con los directores de cine y TV Juan José Campanella y Santiago Segura en 2019, y con Ariel Winograd y Frida Torresblanco de Braven Films (España) estos días. Además, unificaremos la estrategia en OTT con Paramount+ y Pluto TV, que se lanza pronto en América Latina’.

Por otro lado, el grupo de distribuidores latinos junto con Natpe, organizaron una mesa redonda con buyers unscripted del U.S. domestic market, UK, Canadá e India. Moderó Prensario y se destacó el ‘Latam Comeback’, el resurgimiento latino hacia los mercados internacionales, con nueva generación de productos y su vanguardia como ‘estudios’, para adaptarse a cualquier demanda. Los buyers globales vieron bien trabajar proyectos juntos, combinando la ‘frescura’ latina con sus necesidades en formatos y targets. ‘Nos atrae América Latina’, dijeron. Entre otros estuvieron Hayley Babcock, head of International programming de A+E Networks, Segolene Zimmern, acquisitions manager del AVOD Tubi, y Heather Ritchie, content manager de Nokia.

¿Conceptos tendencia? Dago García, EVP producción de Caracol, Colombia: ‘Tras los tiempos de historias oscuras narco, hoy predominan las comedias y las biopics. ¿Qué viene después? Los giros suelen ser bruscos, pienso que comedias negras, y tal vez lo fantástico, paranormal. ¿Cómo tienen que ser las series de los broadcasters a futuro? Con capacidad de adaptación, hacia el mercado global y en su duración, que 80 episodios puedan a la vez resumirse a 10, para aprovechar la demanda multiplataforma sin costos extras’.

Ariel Tobi, CEO, Snap/Hemisphere: ‘Entramos en el tiempo del AVOD. Sony Crackle se lanzó demasiado temprano, no le daban contenido. Pero ahora Pluto TV y Tubi son un gran éxito en USA. No reciben los estrenos, pero se volvieron el lugar perfecto para la librería de los estudios. Las migraciones de publicidad son lentas, pero de golpe toman velocidad y está pasando en el norte. Veo el AVOD como la TV abierta del futuro, bien masiva y gratis, pero on demand’.

Natpe Día 2: Turner LatAm y ViacomCBS sellaron la jornada

Este segundo día se destacó por el lanzamiento de Particular Crowd, sello cinematográfico en inglés de Turner LatAm, la ceremonia de entrega de los premios Brandon Tartikoff y una gran fiesta de Viacom International Studios.

Este miércoles 22 de enero se coronó como la segunda jornada de Natpe Miami, en el Fontainebleau Hotel en Miami Beach.

La dinámica del mercado contempló movimiento en las diferentes áreas destinadas a las compañías, tanto en las torres del Treasor, Sorrento y Chateau, como en el market floor donde figuran los pabellones de España, Brasil, Turquía, Reino Unido y China.

Las conferencias también siguieron sumando diversos enfoques sobre el negocio del contenido, la distribución y las diversas plataformas a nivel internacional.

NUEVAS PRODUCCIONES, ALIANZAS Y LANZAMIENTOS
Por el lado de la novedades, el evento anual en Miami siguió sumando importantes anuncios, esta vez de la mano de Turner Latin America con el lanzamiento de Particular Crowd, sello cinematográfico de películas en inglés, a través del cual ya se diseñó un catálogo de 30 películas en 2019 a las que se les sumarán 60 más en 2020.

Por su parte, Viacom International Studios (VIS) siguió sumando anuncios con la firma de un first-look deal con la productora mexicana Florencia Torrreblanco y su productora Braven Films LLC, para la creación de contenido y el desarrollo de series destinadas a audiencias internacionales.

En paralelo, VIS anunció que la exitosa serie juvenil Club 57 de Nickelodeon Latinoamérica tendrá una segunda temporada de 60 episodios que sumará a The Mediapro Studio como coproductor. La ficción será filmada en Bogotá, Colombia.

Además, A+E Networks International firmó una serie de ventas en América Latina que aumentan su presencia en la región, según anunció Helen Jurado, directora senior de Ventas de Contenido en LatAm y EEUU Hispano.

La distribuidora internacional vendió el formato UnREAL a la productora brasileña Floresta Produções, siendo este el primer acuerdo por un formato guionado para A+E en la región.

Por el lado de la distribución, HBO Latin America anunció que su producción mexicana galardonada con un Emmy Internacional, Sr. Ávila, y su fenómeno brasileño O Negocio fueron adquiridas por Hulu Japón.

Asimismo, Cisneros Media comunicó que los dramas Amor secreto y Gata salvaje se suman a la oferta de títulos de la compañía disponibles en Amazon Prime Video en la región.

Dori Media también fue protagonista de este segundo día del mercado al revelar la venta de nuevas temporadas de su exitoso formato Power Couple en México y Brasil, tras un éxito continuo de ratings en ambos países.

MARCOS SANTANA HONRADO POR LA INDUSTRIA
A última hora de la tarde fue el turno de la ceremonia de entrega de los Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Awards 2020, que en esta edición tuvo como protagonista hispano a Marcos Santana, presidente de Telemundo Global Studios, quien recibió su estatuilla de reconocimiento de la mano de Jim McNamara.

“El premio tiene una significancia importante para mí y lo recibo con mucha humildad en nombre de la comunidad hispana, de los storytellers y productores hispanos”, explicó a ttvnews Santana.

“El mainstream americano ya comenzó a mirarnos con seriedad y ver que estamos produciendo de manera importante series responsables y eso es un buen síntoma para la comunidad latina”, agregó el ejecutivo.

Asimismo, fueron galardonados Karey Burke, presidente de ABC Entertainment; Jeff Zucker, chairman de WarnerMedia News and Sports y presidente de CNN Worldwide; Courtney A. Kemp, productor de Lionsgate/Starz; y la actriz Christine Baranski.

VIS DESPLEGÓ TODA SU FUERZA
La noche cerró con una gran fiesta de Viacom International Studios (VIS) en el Alfred Dupont Building que incluyó un show musical de los artistas Luis Fonsi y Becky G.

Durante el evento, Pierluigi Gazzolo se refirió a su cambio de rol en la compañía (deja su puesto como presidente de Américas para ser presidente de OTT Internacional y de VIS), y también destacó el gran crecimiento que ha tenido Viacom y la expansión de VIS al Reino Unido y Europa, así como la fusión con CBS que tendrá al contenido como rey.

“Estoy muy emocionado de que Juan Acosta aceptó tomar la posición que me reemplaza como presidente de ViacomCBS Latin America”, comentó el ejecutivo. “Él ha sido mi media naranja”.

Por su parte, Acosta aseguró que la fusión con CBS da a la compañía “una capacidad mucha más grande para producir, coproducir y distribuir”, y mencionó algunos de los acuerdos ya cerrados -incluyendo aquellos con Frida Torresblanco, Ariel Winograd, Santiago Segura y Juan José Campanella- que se estarán desarrollando a lo largo del 2020.

Nickelodeon busca su próxima gran original en LatAm

Tatiana Rodríguez, SVP y Brand Head, Kids & Families de Nickelodeon LatAm, explica la estrategia del canal en cuanto a la búsqueda de producción original innovadora en la región y adelanta detalles de la anticipada segunda temporada de su tira juvenil, Club 57.

Luego del éxito de la primera temporada, que cerró con una gran gira que reunió a más de 10.000 fans en Buenos Aires en noviembre, la exitosa serie musical de Nickelodeon, Club 57, volverá a la pantalla con una nueva entrega de 60 episodios de una hora.

Viacom International Studios (VIS) y The Mediapro Studio anunciaron durante el pasado Natpe Miami 2020 que Bogotá (Colombia) será la nueva sede de la segunda temporada. Las grabaciones se iniciarán en el segundo trimestre del año.

¿Cómo se prepara la segunda temporada de Club 57?

Después del exitoso estreno de la primera temporada en Nickelodeon. De las exitosas ventas a canales de TV abierta en Latinoamérica. De haberla vendido a Netflix en España y Latinoamérica así como del éxito obtenido en Portugal e Italia… Teníamos que hacer obligatoriamente una segunda temporada. Tuvimos la suerte que The Mediapro Studio siga siendo nuestro partner ya que veníamos de terminar la segunda temporada de Noobees que también produjimos con ellos en Colombia.

¿Cómo se viene desarrollando la preproducción?

Venimos trabajado mucho la escritura de esta segunda temporada. Ya tenemos los arcos de las doce semanas. Lo lindo de una serie de viajes en el tiempo es que se puede viajar a muchos lugares. Para esta temporada habrá muchas sorpresas con nuevas épocas que queremos presentarle a la audiencia. Van a ser 60 nuevas horas de producción. El cast principal se mantiene. La música sigue siendo producida por Ricardo Montaner y todo su equipo.

¿Qué novedades tendrá la serie en lo musical?

Para esta nueva temporada vamos a estar definiendo entre 12 y 14 nuevas canciones, según las necesidades de la historia. Y seguiremos reusando algunas de las canciones de la primera temporada que se volvieron icónicas. La música funcionó muy bien. Algunos de los videos que hicimos generaron muchísimos videos views en nuestras plataformas. Hicimos la primera prueba de un live tour que fue un éxito en Argentina y esperamos poder llevarlo a otros mercados en Latinoamérica.

¿Qué otras novedades puede adelantar en cuanto a producción original para el canal?

Estamos buscando qué nuevos proyectos de producción local podemos tener. No queremos enfocarnos solo en la tira diaria que es lo que hemos venido haciendo con éxito hasta ahora. Estamos investigando nuevos tipos de géneros.

Por ejemplo, tuvimos un caso muy exitoso el año pasado en Brasil donde hicimos el primer Nick Master Slime, un reality show digital donde un grupo de niños competía para ver quién fabricaba el mejor slime. El show alcanzó un éxito inesperado. Y este año vamos a lanzar la segunda temporada y la estaremos llevando a toda Latinoamérica.

Siempre estamos buscando nuevos géneros, como es el caso de series o miniseries de género de terror, misterio, acción o suspenso. También me encantaría hacer animación en la región pero se ha hecho bien difícil. No sé por qué no terminamos de explotar la animación en Latinoamérica. Creo que Brasil es el único mercado que más o menos ha logrado lanzar producciones importantes a nivel internacional.

No debe ser algo sencillo la búsqueda de contenidos innovadores…

Realmente hay que estar todo el día estudiando y pendiente del Smartphone porque se transforma casi en una herramienta de research. Todo se ha hecho muy orgánico y todos los días surge algo nuevo. Eso fue lo que sucedió con Nick Master Slime. Es un producto muy sencillo que no esperábamos que explotara de esa manera. Y esa es otra de las cosas que son súper importantes en nuestra audiencia porque muchas veces nos enfocamos en las súper producciones, pero también hay que darle todo ese universo de cortos rápidos de producir y que el volumen nunca es suficiente.

¿Qué otros estrenos se vienen para el canal?

El canal lineal sigue siendo el driver y traemos muchos nuevos shows. Para preescolar vamos a estrenar Blues Clues & You, por ejemplo. A nivel global compramos una propiedad súper conocida como Paddington. Estamos trabajando mucho en el lanzamiento de esta serie que finalizaremos a fin de año o inicio de 2021.

Seguimos celebrando los 20 años de Bob Esponja. De junio del año pasado a junio de este año tenemos muchos eventos. Estamos produciendo los primeros spin-off cortos con personajes secundarios del universo de Bob Esponja, como para darle una nueva vida a la serie.

También estamos haciendo el spin-off de The Loud House, la serie animada que más rápido ha crecido en audiencia en los últimos años, llamada The Casagrandes. Hemos sido parte del desarrollo junto a Estados Unidos como para garantizar que la forma en que se presenta a una familia latina está súper cuidada.

¿Qué sorpresas habrá con respecto a live shows?

Hemos sido muy activos en el último año en traer eventos. Hay un par de nuevas franquicias pero aún no las puedo anunciar. Queremos seguir expandiendo la gira de Club 57. Volvemos a llevar la gira de Paw Patrol. Estamos trabajando mucho con influencers como es el caso de Isabella de la Torre “La Bala”. Seguimos con nuestras franquicias tradicionales como Día del Juego. Hicimos versiones en Colombia, México, Argentina y Brasil; sumando casi 100 mil personas, Y ahora estamos produciendo nuevas entregas de la franquicia Kids Choice Awards.

Carolina Mestrovic: “Lo más difícil que me ha tocado, es estar lejos de Julieta”

La animadora de televisión contó que gracias a la tecnología puede hablar todos los días con su hija Julieta, sin embargo, ha sido un proceso muy difícil. Además, habló sobre su vida personal, su presente laboral y su relación con el padre de su hija, Mario Velasco.

Entrevista por Jordi Castell en el programa «El Aperitivo», dice que con su marido Jonathan Quintana -con quien se casó hace un año- han enfrentado de buena manera el confinamiento. “Nos llevamos muy bien con Jonathan, es estar todo el día con la persona, pero la verdad lo hemos llevado increíble. Esto es gatillante, te unes o te separas. Puedo decir que estoy más enamorada que cuando me casé”.

En septiembre de 2018 Mestrovic se fue a trabajar a Miami. Allá conoció a su marido, actuando para Nickelodeon. “Desde que llegué (a Miami) lo conocí como compañero, era parte del elenco, yo estaba en otra y no pescaba a nadie. Al pasar de los meses y casi al final, cuando estábamos terminando de grabar la serie, y luego de un trabajo de Jonathan, porque me fue tirando piropos todo el proceso de grabación, me dijo que saliéramos, nos conocimos mejor y surgió el amor. Fue un azar de mi vida, que no me esperaba y mucho menos me esperaba casarme”.

It’s the story of the secret life of a cat (and a hamster) as we discover what Fluffy and Fang get up to when they are left to their own devices in the Henry household. It’s a story of bravery and heroism, of greed and sacrifice, of failure and ambition. But above all it’s the story of the love of a perfect little brother for his Horrid big brother.


The animation will debut on Netflix on Saturday 6th June, and for the very first time Henry and his friends will be online on Facebook and Instagram for a very special viewing party, which is also designed to raise awareness of the company’s campaign to address the UK’s digital deficit.

'This Is a Leader': Keke Palmer Urging National Guard to 'March With Us' Lights Up Twitter

True Jackson, VP? More like True Jackson, President!


Keke Palmer, who starred in Nickelodeon's popular comedy series True Jackson, VP is captured on video calmly and powerfully talking to armed soldiers about how the community needs them to stand with them against government oppression.

It's emerged as one of the most powerful moments of the ongoing protests against systemic racism and oppression and you won't find it on the Twitter page of the celebrity at the heart of it.

KeKe Palmer was a powerful figure for young people during her time on Nickelodeon's True Jackson, VP and she has continued to impress into her young adulthood, but what she did on Tuesday (June 2) may emerge as one of the biggest and most impactful moments of her life.

She showed what a single voice of calm reason, rational commentary and an attempt to reach across the color divide, across the divide between protester and law enforcement (nay military enforcement) can do.


And you won't find it on her Twitter or Instagram pages, which may be the most powerful statement of all.

Instead, it was NBC News correspondent Gadi Schwartz who first shared the Hustlers star's moving dialogue with several national guardsman where she urged them to "march with us," even if for just a little while.

Protests have been happening on a daily basis in cities around the world since the May 25 killing of George Floyd, an innocent black man, underneath the physical weight of the police in Minneapolis.

Former officer Derek Chauvin was filmed with his knee on Floyd's neck for nearly nine minutes, where Floyd pleaded for his life and repeated, "I can't breathe" until he finally fell silent and died. Still Chauvin did not move.

Charged with third-degree murder, Chauvin has been arrested. The other three officers, including two who also knelt on Floyd, have not been charged, though charges are reportedly being considered. All four were fired.

An independent autopsy determined that "asphyxiation from sustained pressure" was the cause of death. In the wake of his death, the state of Minnesota launched a civil rights investigation into the Minneapolis PD seeking to instigate widespread systemic changes.

"March with us. March beside us. Get your people. March beside us. Let the revolution be televised," Palmer pleaded with the soldiers. "March beside us and show us that you’re here for us. Let’s just do it. We start marching and you march with us. Make history with us please!"

Palmer also called out the president's divisive rhetoric as a potential danger to all. "You have to pay attention to what's going on or else we have a president that's trying to incite a race war," she said.

"The borders are closed. We can't leave," she continued. "We have people here that need your help. This is when y'all stand together with the community, with society, to stop the governmental oppression. Period."

Her words were not falling on deaf ears, either, although she was ultimately unsuccessful in her attempts to get the soldiers to commit to a full march. One of them did agree that they could walk the block with her.

He explained that they were charged with maintaining order on that street corner, protecting protesters and businesses, and that all of their military supplies were on that corner.

Another protest sought compromise, asking the solders to instead kneel with the protesters, and this the soldier and his fellow guardsmen were willing to do. Palmer could be heard in the background saying, "It's not enough." But it is a start.

It was also proof that meaningful dialogue is possible between two parties that might at first glance appear to be on opposite sides of things. It also affirms that there are many in the military and in law enforcement who absolutely support these protests and what they're fighting for.

Palmer did share a video of herself to her Instagram on Monday where she spoke about the ongoing civil unrest. "At 26, I'm looking out and witnessing a physical revolt -- and it's a revolt on a scale that I wasn't sure I'd ever see."


A day later she would be out in the middle of that revolt trying desperately to bridge a divide and create a sense of unity toward a common cause.

"Racism is what the country was built on: Slavery, systematic oppression, then voter oppression, female oppression, poor education system so you’re intentionally uninformed, financial oppression," she said in her earlier post. "Human beings can only take so much."

She went on to suggest that America needs massive reform with new legislation that serves all races and all people. "We deserve a new system because the old one was created to oppress us," she said.

Within hours of the clip going viral on social media, "Keke" was trending at number one on Twitter as fans new and old flocked to the social media platform to give her all the accolades she clearly isn't seeking in that video. That perhaps makes them all the more deserved.

‘True Jackson’ actress participates in Black Lives Matter protests, appears in viral video

In June 2020, Palmer joined the protests over the death of Minneapolis man George Floyd. Several demonstrators filmed Palmer asking a National Guardsmen to see her perspective on police brutality and the responsibility of law enforcement. NBC News reporter Gadi Schwartz also posted the video of Palmer on Twitter, where it received thousands of likes and retweets.

In the video, the National Guard members can be seen clad head-to-toe in protective gear. Launching into a long speech about Trump’s comments on the protests, Palmer makes a case for her cause.

“You have to understand what’s going on,” she says to the National Guard members. “We have a president who’s trying to incite a race war.”

When one of them reaches his hand out to Palmer, she replies, “no, no, no.”

“Let’s just do it,” Palmer emphasizes. “We start marching, and you march with us. Please.” The protesters around the actress start applauding and encouraging the Guardsman to participate.

“March with us!” the crowd begins to chant. The Guardsman insists it’s his job to remain at his post.

“We need you,” Palmer pleads to the Guardsman in the video. “So march with us. March beside us. You get your people. March beside us. March beside us. Let the revolution be televised.”

When that attempt is fruitless, another protester chimes in.

“Can you do me a favor? Can you take a kneel?” they ask of the Guardsman.

“Absolutely,” he responds.

“I don’t know,” Palmer says. “That ain’t enough for me.”

However, some of the other National Guardsmen kneel at this point in the video. Again, the crowd starts cheering.

While the viral tweet no doubt caused controversy among the Twitterverse, many users found the video powerful and uplifting. Several tweeters encouraged Palmer to run for office. (Some Twitter users recognized Palmer from her Hollywood career, while others didn’t, simply finding the video inspirational on its own merit).

Actor Keke Palmer implored a member of the National Guard to “stand with the community” and join protests for Black Lives Matter.

In a clip shared to Twitter by NBC News reporter Gadi Schwartz, the Hustlers star is seen asking a group of soldiers to stand up for what’s right and disavow President Donald Trump’s warning that “once the looting starts, the shooting starts”.

Palmer said: “You have a president that’s talking about the second amendment as a use for people to use firearms against the people that are protesting. This is the message we’re seeing. I don’t know if you’re on social media because the news don’t tell you everything.

“You have to pay attention to what is going on. We have a president that’s trying to incite a race war. The borders are closed, we can’t leave. You have people in here that need your help, this is when we need your help. Y’all stand with the community, with society to stop the governmental oppression, period.”

With one member of the guard saying that he agreed, Palmer continued: “So march beside us. Let the revolution be televised, march beside us and show us that you’re here for us. Make history with us, please.”

As chants of “march with us” began, a different soldier told the former Nickelodeon star that he couldn’t leave the area he was controlling, prompting her to ask: “What is there to control? March with us, it will send a huge message, you and your men, protect us.”

With the officers refusing and only agreeing to take the knee in solidarity, Palmer said: “OK. I’m at a loss. I don’t know. That ain’t enough for me. That ain’t enough. March with us.”

Protests for Black Lives Matter have continued to spread across the US following the death of George Floyd, who died after a police officer knelt on his neck for nine minutes.

Nickelodeon Streaming ‘Learn to Draw Live!’ on Instagram

As part of the network’s #KidsTogether initiative to keep young viewers informed, active and entertained during the current global health crisis, Nickelodeon has announced a series of exciting drawing tutorials coming to Instagram Live. Learn to Draw Live! will bring on Nickelodeon animation artists and surprise voice talent guests to show fans how to recreate their favorite characters from beloved NickToons.

The first back of Learn to Draw Live! sessions will roll out over the next couple of weeks. The fun begins Wednesday, April 15 at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET with supervising producer Jim Mortenson on @nickrewind, drawing nostalgia characters from various properties. On Thursday, April 16, tune in to catch Ant Blades on @nickelodeon drawing characters from his delightful new odd-couple comedy, It’s Pony. Then on Friday, round out the week with supervising director Jessica Borutski on @theloudhousecartoon drawing the overcrowded characters of hit series The Loud House.

Bond with your children with online Nickelodeon cartoon drawing tutorial

The tutorials are streaming on Twitch this summer

Nickelodeon has a new way you can enjoy its cartoons that puts the power in your hands — and it could be a great way to bond with your children.

The Viacom-owned network recently released a list of drawing tutorials being posted on the video streaming service Twitch throughout the summer.

Initially drawn live on Instagram in April, each tutorial will be streamed on Nick’s Twitch channel on Wednesdays or Thursdays now through June 10. Producers, storyboard artists and creators of hit shows such as “It’s Pony” and “Spongebob SquarePants” are behind the streams. Each segment guides viewers on how to draw keys characters from Nick’s programs. The Twitch streaming kicked off May 13 with “Big Nate” supervising producer Jim Mortensen. Mortensen, who has worked on “Kung Fu Panda” and “The Fairly Odd Parents,” took viewers along to draw classic Nick characters. They include Jimmy Neutron from “The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius,” Angelica from “Rugrats” and Rocko from “Rocko’s Modern Life.”

While Nickelodeon is known for its animated series, it has live-action programming, too.One such show, “Young Dylan,” is from Atlanta filmmaker Tyler Perry. The series debuted in February and stars child rapper Dylan Gilmer, who grew famous thanks in part to an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” performing as Young Dylan. Using his stage persona on the series, Young Dylan throws his aunt, uncle and cousins for a loop when he suddenly moves in with them on the show.

Since she first appeared on the hit kids’ show Blue’s Clues back in 1996, Blue the puppy has been helping little ones laugh, play and solve mysteries. Now, Blue and her buddies are back in Nickelodeon’s update of the classic show, Blue’s Clues & You!, coming to DVD June 2. With the help of her new pal Josh Dela Cruz, with appearances from former Blue’s Clues hosts Steve and Joe, Blue is once again inviting kids to break out their Handy Dandy Notebooks and check their mail.

New host Josh Dela Cruz tells Parentology that the original show had a big presence in his family when he was young.

“In the mornings we would watch Blue’s Clues together,” Dela Cruz says, “and that is when my sister and I first learned about the magic of the show. We would sing the songs together — we would sing ‘Mailtime’ together.”

Josh says that song in particular helped him realize his love for singing and performing. “I thought that [original host] Steve was doing an impression of an opera singer when he went, ‘Maaaiiill!’,” he says, singing the famous final note of the song. “So that’s what I would do. I would continue to pretend to be an opera singer, and that’s what got me into chorus and then, later, into acting.”

To celebrate the Blue’s Clues & You DVD, Blue, Josh, and the gang will be getting together to host virtual playdates and podcasts for kids and parents to enjoy during the quarantine. This bonus material is all a part of Nickelodeon’s #KidsTogether campaign, which aims to provide fun and educational activities for kids and families in quarantine.

“I cannot imagine what it’s like to be a parent right now,” Dela Cruz said, noting the difficulty of working from home and parenting at the same time. “I am so happy that Nickelodeon is [launching] this #KidsTogether initiative and creating different forms of content across many platforms.”

Blue’s Clues & You! virtual play dates will give little ones the opportunity to spend even more time singing, playing, and solving mysteries with Blue and Josh. The 10-minute segments air live and go up on Nick Jr.’s YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram at 9 am EST every Tuesday this June.

“We were presented with an amazing opportunity to create new content for kids that are at home experiencing this quarantine,” says Dela Cruz. He hopes that the play dates will not only help kids deal with the quarantine, but also “create activities for them for them to do, so that parents can also have a little bit longer of a break in between our shows to either do what they need to, or just take a mental break.”

Nickelodeon will also be rolling out the Blues Clues & You!: Bedtime Stories podcast, featuring Dela Cruz as he reads comforting tales to help kids and parents wind down at night.
