The entertainment industry news magazine The Hollywood Reporter is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon News that Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, has announced that Nickelodeon Star Jennette McCurdy ("Sam & Cat") and the American musician and actor Kevin Jonas (The Jonas Brothers) will co-host the fifth annual "TeenNick HALO Awards" with Nick Cannon, the Chairman of 'TeenNick'!
THR is also reporting that Nick has also confirmed that the American film and television actress, screenwriter, singer-songwriter, and model Nikki Reed ("The Twilight Saga") will be a presenter at the awards ceremony, joining previously announced co-presenters Dax Shepard ("Parenthood"), Darren Criss ("Glee") and Chloe Bennet ("Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."), and that singer Enrique Iglesias will perform his brand new song "Heart Attack" at the star-studded event celebrating four teens who are "Helping and Leading Others" (HALO), which takes place Sunday 17th November 2013 at the Hollywood Palladium and will be broadcast live for the first time ever on Nickelodeon USA beginning at 8pm ET (tape-delayed on the West Coast). Enrique Iglesias joins previously announced performers Fall Out Boy and Austin Mahone.
The HALO Awards also will host a interactive social media lounge, dubbed the HALO Hive, that will be led by YouTube personality iJustine, in which celebrities in attendance at the 2013 "TeenNick HALO Awards" can visit and encourage viewers to tweet and Instagram their pics. Fans can tweet with #HALOawards to share how they plan on helping and leading others in their own communities. New York-based duo The Jane Doze has also been tapped as the event's official DJs:

Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy will co-host alongside Jonas and Nick Cannon, while "Twilight's" Nikki Reed has come aboard as a presenter for the Nov. 17 event.
Kevin Jonas and Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy have been tapped to co-host the TeenNick HALO Awards, joining regular emcee Nick Cannon.
Singer Enrique Iglesias also has been added to the bill for the fifth annual event, which takes place Sunday, Nov. 17, at the Hollywood Palladium and will be broadcast live on Nickelodeon beginning at 8 p.m. ET (tape-delayed on the West Coast). He joins previously announced performers Fall Out Boy and Austin Mahone.
"I'm excited about performing my new single 'Heart Attack' on the TeenNick HALO Awards," Iglesias said. "This award show is special to me because we get to honor real teens who have earned their way on the show by doing community service."
Additionally, Twilight star Nikki Reed has been confirmed as a presenter, joining a slate that already includes Darren Criss (Glee), Dax Shepard (Parenthood) and Chloe Bennet (Marvel's Agents of SHIELD).

The TeenNick HALO Awards, executive produced by Cannon, Alex Coletti and Sal Maniaci, spotlight four teenagers from all over the country who are helping and leading others.
