VisitBlackpool is launching the Blackpool Resort Pass mascot who is currently nameless.
Youngsters are being urged to get involved in the naming process by coming up with a colourful name for someone who will be seen around the resort over the summer season.
Natalie Wyatt, managing director of Marketing Blackpool, said: “Our design team has been working hard to create the Blackpool Resort Pass mascot but without a name we can’t introduce him or her to anyone.
“We hope to have the mascot out and about very soon but we need some help and are appealing to people to get involved and come up with a suitable moniker.”
