Entertainment One has announced the oink-tastic news that Nick Jr. UK and Ireland, Nickelodeon UK's top-performing preschool channel, will premiere the brand-new Peppa Pig Halloween special, titled "Pumpkin Party", on Monday 26th October 2015!
Produced by Astley Baker Davies, the all-new episode will be Peppa Pig's first Halloween special!
To coincide with the broadcast debut of the "Pumpkin Party" episode, eOne has collaborated with selected partners to develop a brand-new Halloween themed collection of Peppa Pig apparel, publishing and home entertainment products poised to launch at retail this October.
In the apparel category, Blues Clothing has developed an extensive line of Halloween themed daywear for Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons and Misirli will launch a pyjama set exclusively at Tesco. Cooneen will debut a line of kids' pyjamas at Sainsburys, and Roy Lowe is on board for a range of Halloween themed socks.
In the publishing category, Penguin will launch a story book "Peppa's Pumpkin Party" and a Peppa Halloween sticker activity book while the brand's magazine partner, Redan will produce a special Halloween themed issue of "Fun to Learn Peppa Pig" magazine on Thursday 15th October 2015.
Entertainment One will also release a "Peppa Pig Pumpkin Party" DVD on Tuesday 6th October 2015 which will include the brand new Halloween episode.

Additionally, eOne Licensing will be hosting Peppa Pig storytelling sessions at the Children's Bath Literary Festival in the UK on Saturday 3rd October 2015, in partnership with master publishing partner Ladybird Books.
Activities will include costume character meet and greets and narration of the Ladybird book The Big Tale of Little Peppa to coincide with the digital marketing activity for the brand's Imagine with Peppa theme.
The Bath Festival of Children's Literature is the largest dedicated children’s book festival in the UK and is staged in association with headline media partner, The Telegraph, and retail partner Waterstone's.
The event was created to enthuse children with a passion for reading and ties in with eOne's Imagine with Peppa marketing campaign which aims to highlight the importance of fun and imaginative play in a child's early years development.
eOne has developed Peppa Pig branded resources which will be available to download from www.peppapig.com to give parents inspiration for creative storytelling and role play.
In addition to digital marketing activity, eOne will also be partnering with Tumble Tots for a Peppa Once Upon a Time themed campaign throughout its physical play centres nationwide during The National Children's Activity Week. Broadcasters Nick Jr. UK and Ireland and Channel Five will also support with on-air activity.
