Cowabunga, Turtles fans! GameStop is teaming up with DC Collectibles and Nickelodeon for a new range of collectibles based on the recent DC animated movie, Batman Vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

If you’re attending Comic-Con International: San Diego this month, you’ll be able to see the line first when it makes its public debut from July 18-21. Scheduled for release between Aug. 1 and Dec. 2, preorders will begin on July 8 at gamestop.com. Most of the line will consist of exclusive figure two-packs, however, the first offering will be the Previews Exclusive Michelangelo as Batman action figure, which will be available at the DC Collectibles SDCC booth.

The limited-edition action figure features Mikey decked out in Batman’s iconic cape and cowl. Accessories include a sewer lid, pizza, and extra sets of hands.
“When it comes to superhero characters that fight the evil of the universe, it doesn’t get much better than DC Collectibles’ Batman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” says Kris Ventura, vice president of collectibles for GameStop. “They are the perfect duo to fight crime and we’re excited to carry this exclusive product line online in our retail stores.”

In the recent animated crossover, Batman finds the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lurking below the streets of Gotham City in search of a mutual enemy. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo end up on a collision course with the Dark Knight. The film is based on the hit comic book series of the same name published by DC Entertainment and IDW.
