Superstar Slime Showdown at Super Bowl 2018
Premieres: Sunday 4th February 2018 at 12:00pm, simulcast across Nick, Nicktoons and TeenNickEncores: Sunday 4th February 2018 at 3:00pm on NicktoonsSuperstar Slime Showdown at Super Bowl is an hour-long competition special, airing Sunday, Feb. 4, pitting two teams of NFL athletes and Nickelodeon stars against one another in a series of fun and exciting football-themed physical challenges. Hosted by Nick Cannon and featuring NFL athletes including Drew Brees, Stefon Diggs, Todd Gurley, Luke Kuechly, Deion Sanders and DeMarcus Ware, team captains Breanna Yde and Ricardo Hurtado (
School of Rock), and a halftime performance by JoJo Siwa (
Lip Sync Battle Shorties), the special will be taped at the Super Bowl Experience. Mimicking the four-quarter format of a football game, teams will compete in four NFL-inspired challenges with a Nickelodeon twist, including slime-filled obstacle courses and an end zone celebration dance off. The team with the most points will win the title of Superstar Slime Showdown Champion.
In addition to the title, each Superstar Slime Showdown team will be competing for a local children’s charity. In collaboration with Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play partners, PLAYWORKS and Special Olympics, the winning team will receive a $15,000 donation, and the runner-up will receive a $5,000 donation. PLAYWORKS is the leading national nonprofit leveraging the power of play to improve children’s social and emotional health by increasing opportunities for physical activity at schools. Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Additionally, Breanna Yde and Ricardo Hurtado will be bringing fans at home daily reports from Super Bowl Opening Night, the Super Bowl Experience, Super Bowl Live and Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America, airing various times from Wednesday, Jan. 31 – Sunday, Feb. 4.!

Lip Sync Battle Shorties) and Daniella Perkins (
Knight Squad). The live-action comedy tells the story of Jeremy Martin (Jace Norman) who, after a comical virtual reality mishap, starts speaking every thought he has out loud and to complicate matters, he happens to be running in the school election.
Jeremy Martin is a nice-guy and when he puts on mysterious virtual reality glasses at the mall, he suddenly loses his “inside voice” and starts spouting every thought he has out loud. Making matters worse, Jeremy is running for student council president against his classmate Milly (Daniella Perkins), who is full of great ideas to improve the school. Desperate to get back to normal, Jeremy and his sister Victoria (JoJo Siwa) must figure out how to convince his brain that he can speak up for himself.
The virtual reality sequences featured in the movie are being developed and created by Nickelodeon’s Entertainment Lab, the network’s new division spearheading long-range research and development efforts around new technologies for Nick and its audience.
Blurt is the second on-air project fed through the lab, following
Escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library.

Thursday 1st March 2018 - The Princess Diaries (2001): Shy San Francisco teenager Mia Thermopolis (Anne Hathaway) just wants to get through the rigours of high school unharmed, avoiding as many of life's petty embarassments as possible. However, when her long-lost grandmother Clarisse (Julie Andrews, The Sound of Music) appears out of the blue, Mia gets the surprise of her life; it seems she is the real-life princess of a small European principality called Genovia, and is in fact next in line to the throne. Angry that this news has been kept from her, Mia nevertheless agrees to embark on a crash course of princess lessons. But when she begins to get lost in a comic flurry of bungled state engagements and over-eager media attention, the prospective princess and heir apparent to the crown begins to wonder if the royal life is really the right life for her.
